Product Information

The coffee grinder is a versatile appliance that allows you to grind coffee beans to your desired coarseness. It features a removable upper conical burr for easy cleaning and a coarseness  adjustment ring to customize the grind size. The grinder also has a timer selection wheel with various time options for precise
grinding. The coffee powder is collected in a jar, and the appliance is equipped with a start/stop button for convenient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed

1. Read all instructions.
2. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs or machine in water or other liquid.
3.  The appliance must not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its mains cable out of the reach of them. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4.  Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp plug and pull from electrical outlet. Never pull cord.
6. To reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance, keep hands and utensils out of the coffee bean box while grinding, and when the appliance is plugged in.
7. Do not operate the grinder with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. In this case, return the appliance to the approved Service Center for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
8. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by may cause fire, electric shock or injuries.
9. Do not use outdoors.
10. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces, including the stove.
11. Check Coffee bean box for presence of foreign objects before using.
12. Always operate the burr grinder with the lid securely in place.
13. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
14. This product has been designed for household use only. Any commercial use, inappropriate use or failure to comply with the instructions will void the manufacturer’s Warranty.
15.  This appliance is only used for roasted coffee beans grinding. Do not use the appliance for other intended use (such as hard seeds, spice, nuts, etc.).
16.  Every appliance is inspected strictly during mass production, and be tested with coffee beans for grinding, which may cause slight traces of use or residual coffee grounds.
17.  All machines are subject to stringent quality control. Practical tests using machines taken at random are conducted and this may explain any slight marks or coffee residue showing prior to use.

Please check all parts are complete before using the coffee grinder for the first use.

HOW TO USE

1. Set the coffee powder jar into the correct position.

2. Remove the lid of the coffee bean box, fill the coffee beans into the coffee bean box, then replace the lid.

3. The coffee grinder has 38 grind size options. To adjust the grind size, rotate the coffee bean box and adjust from fine to coarse according to the type of coffee you want.

4. Turn the time selector wheel to select the desired time, there are 5S,10S,20S,30S,40S,50S,60S.

5. Press the Start/Stop button, the coffee grinder starts to grind the coffee beans. And press it again to stop.

GRIND SIZE SETTING RECOMMENDATIONS

The art of coffee

• The freshness of the coffee beans is the basis for an incomparable taste. Therefore, always use fresh beans.
• Do not fill too many beans into the coffee bean box, but rather fill in smaller amounts from time to time so that the beans do not lose their flavor.
• To determine the suitable grinding degree for your coffee, refer to the corresponding symbols on the grinding degree scale and select the coffee beans and grind the correct amount of the coffee bean you prefer.
• Only ever grind enough coffee to prepare the amount of coffee you require. Do not keep the coffee ground in the powder jar for longer than 24 hours.
•  After daily use, rotate the grinding scale to 38 setting and start to grind for 10 seconds without coffee beans, which help clean the powder residuals in the burr and powder outlet.
• Clean the coffee bean box and coffee powder jar regularly.

How to remove the Coffee bean box

1. Make sure the coffee grinder is unplugged.
2. Make sure no coffee beans in the coffee bean box.
3. Rotate the coffee bean box anti-clock-wise until the marker coffee bean box. lines up with the marking , take off the coffee bean box.

How to assemble the Coffee bean box

1. Make sure the top part of the conical burr is clean. If not, please use the brush provided to clean the top part of the burr.

2. Place the coffee bean box onto the device. The marker on the coffee bean box  must be pointing towards the unlock symbol.

3.  Rotate the coffee bean box clockwise until the marker lines up with the desired grinding degree.

• NOTE : If the coffee bean box is not assembled properly, the coffee grinder won’t work.

CLEANING CONICAL BURRS

• Regular cleaning helps the burrs achieve consistent grinding results which is especially important.

1.  Remove the lid of coffee bean box
2. Remove coffee beans
3.  Run grinder until empty
4.  Rotate the coffee bean box counterclockwise to remove it.
5. Take out of the upper conical burr
6. Clean upper burr with cleaning brush
7. Clean lower burr with cleaning brush
8.  Clean powder outlet with cleaning brush
9. Align bean box into position
10. Place the coffee bean box clockwise

• To put the upper burr in position, please make sure to clean any jammed coffee beans and coffee powder residuals in the inner burr.

MAINTENANCE

• To keep all your coffee`s aroma and to avoid a degradation of the ground coffee, empty the ground coffee container after each use.
• Always unplug from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Never place the grinder, power supply cord or plug in water or under running water.
• Do not use strong detergents or abrasive pads to clean the appliance.
• To remove the upper burr, hold of the upper mill and turn counter clockwise, then raise it vertically to remove.
• Clean the upper burr with the cleaning brush (k).
• Carefully clean the inside of the coffee bean box with a damp cloth.
• To replace the upper burr, insert the burr and turn it once in the clockwise direction.
• Wipe the housing with soft cleanroom wiper.
