Problem: Poor Battery Life or Charging Issues
Cause: Weak battery or charging failure.
Solution:
- Clean the round brush.
- Reinstall components and clean the round brush.
- If the device battery is weak, ensure proper charging.
- Dry the HEPA filter thoroughly after washing before reusing.
What should I do if there is no obvious dirt on the floor while the intelligent mode icon changes?
If the dirt sensor is covered with dirt, restart the device after cleaning the blockage in the suction nozzle tubes.
Why is the vacuum cleaner not functioning?
