Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

1. Choose an optimal outdoor location to mount the camera.
2. Ensure the camera is securely placed and facing the desired area.
3. Connect the camera to a power source and activate it
4.  following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Connecting to WiFi:

1. Access the camera settings through the EZVIZ app on your smartphone.
2. Select the WiFi network you want the camera to connect to and enter the password.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the WiFi setup process.

Using Night Vision Modes:

•  Full-color night vision: Enjoy vivid colors with built-in spotlights.
• Black-and-white night vision: Switch to this mode for standard night vision without extra lighting.
• Smart night vision: Automatically switch between black-and-white and color monitoring based on motion detection.

AI-Powered Person Detection:

1. Enable the AI-powered person detection feature in the camera settings.
2. Receive real-time alerts when human shapes are detected within the camera’s field of view.

Audio Monitoring:

Utilize the built-in noise-canceling microphone to hear clear audio from the camera’s surroundings.

Data Storage :
Store recorded videos and images on a microSD card (up to 256 GB) or utilize EZVIZ CloudPlay for cloud storage options.

AI-powered person detection.
Smarter than ever! As an upgrade from simple motion detection, the embedded AI algorithm intelligently detects the motion of human shapes in real time. When people enter your customized detection area, you will be alerted immediately.

Strobe light for enhanced protection.

Coming with two spotlights for active protection, the camera allows you to manually flash the light via the app or set it to flash upon detection of people passing by.

Three night vision modes are available to meet any need.

1. Full-color night vision.
   Your night vision is now lit up and vividly restored to full-color thanks to two built-in spotlights and professional optical lenses.

2. Black-and-white night vision.
   If you don’t need extra lighting, just switch the camera to the black & white night vision via the EZVIZ App and still see 30 meters (100 ft.) away.

3. Smart night vision.
   In this mode, the C8C will automatically switch from black-and-white monitoring to color monitoring, turning on the spotlights when it detects human movement. The alert video will be recorded in full-color, so you get all the details needed. Now that’s pretty smart!
