Package contains small parts which are not suitable for any child under the
age of 3. Please make sure to keep all items out of reach from small children.
LOCATION AND MOUNTING:
- SAFE LOCATION – Choose a safe location to hang the dart board, away from breakable or fragile items.
- SMALL CARPET – For added protection, consider placing a small carpet or rug underneath the board. This will not only catch any darts that miss the target and reduce noise but also help keep the darts undamaged for long-term use.
- OPTIMAL HEIGHT – Hang the dart board at an optimal height for the best playing experience. Aim to position the board around the height of the eyes of the most common player who will be using it.
- MOUNTING – Use the provided mounting hangers at the back of the board by aligning them with the desired location and placing them on a screw or nail for secure mounting. Alternatively, you can use the adhesive sticker included for no-drill mounting, keeping in mind that adhesive strength may vary depending on the surface and may not be a long-term solution.
PLAYING THE GAME:

THROWING AREA – Mark a designated throwing area on the floor, starting with a closer distance and gradually increasing it over time. Use tape or a rug to create a visual boundary for the throwing area, ensuring players stand behind the line for safety and fair play.

KEEP DARTS SECURE – The set includes 12 magnetic darts in four colors: blue, green, yellow, and red. Choose a unique color for each player or team and select their three matching color darts. Ensure that the magnetic heads of the darts are securely screwed before and during the game, as they may loosen during usage.

TURNS & SAFETY – Each player or team takes turns throwing 3 darts in each round. Make sure that all other players and animals are positioned behind the player throwing the dart for safety.

SCORE RECORDING & DART REMOVAL – Use the dry erase scoring board to record the dart scores for each team in each turn. Determine the winner by the highest overall score or by the winner of each round. It is recommended to remove the darts from the board between turns to prevent interference between dart magnets.

IRISH DART BOARD – RATING SYSTEM- The dartboard is divided into 20 numbered sections, scoring from 1 to 20 points. Hitting the large sections scores the point value. The outer ring doubles the points, the inner ring triples them.
The center green area is worth 25 points (outer bullseye), and the red center is worth 50 points (inner bullseye).
STORAGE TIPS:
- ERASE SCORE BOARD – To prepare for future play, erase the score board completely using the provided eraser. If necessary, you can use a cloth with a small amount of deodorant or alcohol to ensure a thorough wipe.
- STORE DARTS – Store the darts securely on their designated mounting area at the bottom of the board. This will help prevent damage or loss.
- ORGANIZED STORAGE – Additionally, you can place the score board, markers, and eraser on top of the stored darts for convenient and organized storage.
