Q: WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE HAS LESS THAN 32 MAGNETS?

A: In this unlikely event, you can contact us directly so we can assist. Please note that in most packages, we even include 1-2 spare magnets for free (34 instead of 32).

Q: WHAT IF THE MAGNET BOARDS COME SLIGHTLY DAMAGED OR WITH SOME UNWANTED

MARKS?

A: We try our best to check and inspect each board. Please check if this is a simple residue/fingerprint issue and not a permanent mark/damage. Please also check if you have a spare board in your package for replacement. If none of these solu�ons solve your problem, don’t hesitate to contact us for support.

Q: CAN I PAINT THE MAGNET BOARDS?

A: We advise not to paint them due to the glossy clang on the front of each board. However, if you do choose to do so, we recommend using an exterior type of paint.

Q: CAN I CUT THE MAGNETS?

A: These magnets can be cut to accommodate your needs; however, the thickness of our magnets will make it difficult to cut them accurately which may harm their appearance so we advise against cu�ng them.

Q: WHY DID I RECEIVE A USED PRODUCT?

A: If you have a reason to believe you have received a used product, please contact us. Our stock of units is fully handled by Amazon, and unfortunately, some�mes they mistakenly send customers used units (which were previously returned or opened). Because we don't have any control over their warehouse internal process, please contact us for support so we can assist.

Installation Guide

You will find within the package-

32 black waterproof glossy magnet boards (8 sets of four). Each unit is 4″x6″. (In some of the packages we have added 1-2 spare units).

Pack of cross shaped cut-outs and strips in different sizes for use as guides for positioning.

One magnetic ruler to use as a guide for positioning – size 2″x6″.

STEP 1 : Unpack magnets from package. Identify the front-it’s a non- magnetic side (glossy darker black), and the back which is the magnetic side (slightly lighter black side).
STEP 2 : Mount the magnetic windows on each panel, spacing them as you prefer (see bottom guidelines).
Note : If your garage door panels are too lange or too small for the traditional four-window setup, customize the layout.

STEP 3 : Once you finish, you can use some window cleaner to erase fingertips or any other residue. Now you can just stand back and admire your new garage decorative glossy windows!

Positioning Guidelines for Accurate Gaps/Spaces Between Magnets:

Note : For quicker installation, we recommend finding your preferred window position on one panel first, and then repeat the process for all other panels.

1. (1) Mark a small dot as a reference point at the exact center of the panel length and height. This will be a great starting point in finding the preferred position for your windows.

2. Use that center reference point along with the following tips to find the best spacing and keep all gaps accurate:
   Illustration (A): Use Garage Panel Frame & Corners as Reference Point – Use both the center of the panel along with your garage panel frames as reference points to align the magnets. You can even place the magnets on every corner of the panels.
   
   Illustration (B): Use the Included Guides – Choose the most suited cross shaped/strip cut-outs and use them as
   guides. They come in different widths for your choice-0.25″, 0.5″, 0.75″, 1″, 1.5″ and 2″..
   
   Illustration (C) : Use the 2″ x 6″ Magnetic Ruler – Validate or measure any custom gap according to your preference.
   

3. Once you find the best position for one panel-repeat the process for all panels.
