Product Usage Instructions

• A. Mounting

  • Securely mount the Hybrid Inverter using the wall mounting bracket and security screws provided.
  • Ensure the inverter is positioned correctly with the necessary clearances.

• B. PV Connection

  • Use a PV connector crimper to pinch the point of the arrow on the connectors.
  • Ensure you hear a click sound when the connector assembly is correct.
    Warning: Be cautious of fatal high voltage on the DC side. Ensure electric safety compliance during connection. Verify correct polarity to prevent inverter damage.

• C. Battery Connection:

  • Pass the crimped battery harness through the waterproof connector and cover.
  • Use 8-10 AWG battery cables for proper connection.
  • Tighten the waterproof lock with an open-end wrench.
  • Insert the battery connector into the inverter until you hear a click sound, indicating a successful connection.

• D. Grid and EPS Connection:

  • Connect the grid and EPS load according to the provided instructions and pin assignments.
  • Ensure that the power load connected to the EPS port does not exceed the inverter’s EPS Max. output power range.

• E. CT or Meter Connection:

  • Follow the pin assignments for CT or Meter connection as specified.
  • Use 8-10AWG cables for proper connectivity.
  • Wrap wiring terminals with insulation tape to prevent short circuits and inverter damage.

• F. WiFi Connection:
  

  • Configure the Monitor Module, router, and account registration for WiFi connection. Refer to the WiFi connection manual for detailed instructions.

• G. Earth Connection:
  

  • Ensure proper earth connection for safety and system functionality.

On receiving the inverter, please check to make sure the packing and all components are not missing or damaged. Please contact your dealer directly for support if there is any damage or missing components.

PV Connection

Note:

• Please use a PV connector crimper to pinch the point of the arrow
• You’ll hear a click sound when the connector assembly is correct

Warning

• The fatal high voltage may be on the DC side, please comply with electric safety when connecting.
• Please make sure the correct polarity of the cable is connected with an inverter, otherwise inverter could be damaged.

Battery Connection

Note: Cable suggestion Cross-section 8-10AWG.

• The Max. power load connected to the EPS port should not exceed the inverter’s EPS Max. output power range.
• The wiring terminals should be wrapped with insulation tape, otherwise it will cause a short circuit and damage the inverter.

Grid and EPS Connection

Configure the Monitor Module, router, account registration, etc. Please check the WiFi connection manual for details

Earth Connection

Note:
Earth cable PE suggestion

• Cross-section (Copper) 4-6mm² / 10AWG
• Make sure the earth cables on the inverter and solar panel frame are separate.
