Installation Steps

The installation steps of 4ft brushed bar foot rail kit will be presented below as a template.

For wooden wall

  • Step 1 – Loose the setscrew’s on the brackets ➋.
    For wooden wall

  • Step 2 – Pass the steel tube ➊ through brackets ➋ , adjust the appropriate position according to your needs.
    For wooden wall

  • Step 3 – Place the foot rail in the mounting position and mark the positions where the holes will be drilled.
    For wooden wall

  • Step 4 – Drill the holes with 3/16” drill bit.
    For wooden wall

  • Step 5 – Clean up the holes.
    For wooden wall

  • Step 6 – Fix the brackets ➋ on the wall with screws ➎
    For wooden wall

  • Step 7 – Tighten the setscrews with spanner ➍ to prevent the tube from moving.

  • Step 8 – Cover the end caps ➌

For concrete wall and ceramic wall

  • Step 1 – Loose the setscrews on the brackets ➋.

  • Step 2 – Pass the steel tube ➊ through brackets ➋ , adjust the appropriate position according to your needs.

  • Step 3 – Place the foot rail in the mounting position and mark the positions where the holes will be drilled.

  • Step 5 – Clean up the holes and then plug the expansion stoppers ➏.

  • Step 6 – Fix the brackets ➋ on the wall with screws ➎.

  • Step 7 – Tighten the setscrews with spanner ➍ to prevent the tube from moving.

  • Step 8 – Cover the end caps ➌.

Tips

  1. Loose the setscrews before passing the steel tube through brackets to avoid the tube being scratched.
  2. Short screwdriver will be necessary when fixing the brackets.
  3. Please measure the distance and spacing before the installation.
