GE Fit Plus LN Smart Body Fat Scale
Precautions
Read carefully before use:
- Do not use the body fat scale if you have a pacemaker or any other internal medical device in your body. When you take a measurement, the scale passes a very low, harmless electrical current through your body. The current may cause your internal medical devices to malfunction.
- Do not use the scale on a wet surface. This could lead to slipping.
- Dispose of the scale properly following your local regulations.
- Do not jump on the scale. This scale has a weight limit of 500 lbs.
Scale Overview
GE Fit Plus LN Smart Body Fat Scale measures weight, BMI, body fat%, and other
body compositions using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology.
This smart scale is intended for home use only.

Get Started
Initial setup requires one-time device pairing and create your profile in the app. All data are viewable on your scale afterward, no phone needed.
Download the app and create an account
- Download the app. Go to the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android, and search for “Fit Profile”, or scan the QR code below.
- Do not mix new and old batteries.
- If the scale not in use for a long period of time, remove the batteries to extend the lifetime of the scale.
- Sign up and complete your profile.
Pair scale with smartphone
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. For Android 6.0 and above,
Location also needs to be enabled.
Pairing is done automatically, and Bluetooth icon is displayed on the scale
screen.
- Place the scale on a hard flat floor surface.
- Open “Fit Profile” app and turn on your smartphone Bluetooth.
- Click “Pair the Device” in app home page, Or click the icon at the lop-right-hand come and tap “My Device”, and then click “Smart Bathroom Scale” icon
- Turn on the scale by briefly stepping on and off ii.
- Select “Fit Plus LN” and click “Connect”.
Your scale has now been successfully paired with your smartphone and is ready
to start taking your measurements.
Note: If you didn’t fill your height and more data, please finish before
taking measurement in order all data can display and measure accurately.
Take measurements

Open the “Fil Profile” app, and then keep the app open on the “Home” screen.

Place the scale on a hard flat floor surface, do not place ii on carpet or any other soft surfaces.

Turn on the scale by stepping on and off, waiting for the “0.0” display on the screen.

Step on the scale while barefoot till the buzzer beeps twice, or all numbers display on the scale. Your measurement is over, and the results will also be displayed on the app.
*How to close or open the buzzer?
- Keep the scale on; and ensure Bluetooth icon is displayed.
- In the app, click the scale icon at the top-right.
- Toggle the “Buzzer” button to open/close.
Multiple User Profiles
Separate Fit Profile Accounts
Users can create or log in to their individual Fit Profile accounts and pair
the smart scale with their personal accounts. Weight data for each user
remains private and can be synced with third-party apps.
Shared Fit Profile Account:
Users with a Fit Profile account can create multiple user profiles within the
same account. All users can log in to the shared account on their own
smartphones without needing others to log out.
To add more users and share your account, click the icon at the top left
corner on the Home screen in the app.
Note: Users sharing a Fit Profile account can access each other’s data
recorded under this account. Only the main user’s data can be synced with
third-party apps.
Athlete Mode
If you have athletic build, you may turn on the Athlete Mode:
Open the Fit Profile app and go to “Me” page -> your profile name-> “Athlete
Mode”.
Switching Units
By default, the scale uses pounds (lb) as the unit of measurement, but it also
supports kilograms (kg).
To switch the unit of measurement on the scale, first connect it to the Fit
Profile app, then go to the app “Me” page -> “Settings”-> “Unit”.
Measurement Tips
To have accurate, consistent and comparable measurement results, there are
some DO’s and DON’Ts.
- DO’ s
- Ensure the personal information in your profile is correct. Choose “Athlete Mode” if you work out intensively and regularly, or you are a muscular person.
- Place the scale on a hard flat floor surface when you weigh.
- Do calibration each time. Wait for “CAL” back to “0.0”, then step on the scale for measurements.
- Use the scale under the same condition during same hour each day.
- Empty your bladder before weighing.
- DON’Ts
- Do not place the scale on a carpet or a soft surface when you weigh.
- Do not measure with socks or shoes on.
- Do not measure when your body is wet. For example, immediately after a shower, bath, sauna, or strenuous exercise.
- Do not measure after drinking a lot of water or alcohol.
- Do not measure if you have a cold or fever.
- This smart scale is intended for home use only.
- For people ages 18 years and above. ii provides full body composition measurements.
- For children under 10, ii only provides weight and BMI measurements.
- For children between the ages of 10 and 17, it provides full body composition measurements. (Please note that the body mass-related items like body fat%, etc., are only for your reference.)
- This smart scale is not intended for pregnant women or people with a pacemaker.

- This product is warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
