IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed including the following:

  • Before using it, check that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to coffee maker rating plate.
  • the appliance must be earthed.
  • Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children.
  • Do not place the coffee maker on hot surface or beside fire, avoid to be damaged.
  • Remove plug from wall outlet before cleaning and when not in use. Allow appliance to cool down completely before taking off, attaching components or before cleaning.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
  • The use of accessory which is not recommended by manufacturer may cause injury to persons or damage to appliance.
  • Place appliance on flat surface or table, do not hang its power cord over the edge of table or counter.
  • Ensure that the power cord does not touch hot surface of appliance.
  • Some parts of appliance is hot when operated, so do not touch with hand directly.
  • Do not immerse appliance or power cord into water or any other liquids.
  • Never leave the empty carafe on the keeping warm plate otherwise the carafe is liable to crack.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not open tank cover with the appliance in brewing process.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
  • Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance. Children should be supervised to sure that they do not play with the appliance. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Save these instructions booklet for future reference.

HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
To ensure the first cup of coffee tastes excellent, you should rinse the coffee maker with warm water as follows:

  1. Pour 1200 ml water into water tank.
  2. Set nylon filter in funnel (add no coffee ground), then replace water tank cover.
  3. Place drip carafe on keeping warm plate and cup on removable shelf.

MAKE DRIP COFFEE

  1. Open the water tank cover, pour proper drinking water into water tank according to the mark in the tank.
  2. Add ground coffee to nylon filter with measuring spoon, a spoon ground coffee power can make a cup of top-grade coffee, but you can adjust according to the taste yourself.
  3. Set nylon mesh into funnel.
  4. Push drip carafe on keeping warm plate, pay attention to let center line of carafe aligns with that of funnel.
  5. Press ON /OFF switch , the red indicator will be illuminated. and coffee will drop out automatically after a while. Note: at any time, you can take out carafe to serve but the time cannot exceed 30 seconds, otherwise the coffee may overflow from the edge of funnel.
  6. The coffee maker will turn to keeping warm mode if brewing coffee is finished. At the time you can cut off power.
  7. After product finishing working, please shut down the power switch immediately.
    WARNING: Do not leave the coffee maker unattended during making the coffee, as you need operate manually sometimes!

CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE:

  1. Cut off power source and let the coffee maker cool down completely before cleaning.
  2. Clean housing of coffee maker with moisture-proof sponge often and clean water tank, drip tray and removable shelf regularly then dry them.

Note: Do not clean with alcohol or solvent cleanser. Never immerse the housing in water for cleaning.

  1. Detach the metal funnel through turn it clockwise, get rid of coffee residue inside, then you can clean it with cleanser, but at last you must rinse with clear water.
  2. Clean all the attachments in the water and dry thoroughly.

CLEANING MINERAL DEPOSITS
To keep your coffee maker operating efficiently, you should clean away the mineral deposits left by the water every three months or according to the water quality in your area and the frequency use the appliance, the detail is as follows: fill the carafe with one part of white vinegar and three parts of cold water, pour the water and vinegar mixture into the tank, do not place into coffee ground, brewing the water-vinegar solution per”Before the first use’: repeat it until no yellow liquid comes out if necessary, then pour out the mixture, brewing with tap water until no vinegar odor is left.

  1. Warranty service is carried out only if there is a correctly and clearly filled original warranty card, which indicates: product model, date of sale, serial number, warranty service period, and the seller’s seal. *
  2. The service life of household appliances is 5 years.
  3. The product is intended for consumer use. When using the product in commercial activities, the seller/ manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations, after-sales service is performed on a paid basis.
  4. Warranty repair is carried out within the period specified in the warranty card for the product in an authorized service center on the conditions and terms determined by applicable law.
  5. The product is withdrawn from the warranty in case of violation by the consumer of the operating rules set forth in the instruction manual.
  6. The product is removed from warranty service in the following cases:
    • misuse and non-consumer use;
    • mechanical damage;
    • damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects;
    • damage caused by natural disasters (rain, wind, lightning, etc.), fire, domestic factors (excessive humidity, dust, aggressive environment, etc.)
    • damage caused by non-compliance of power and cable network parameters with state standards and other similar factors;
    • when operating equipment in the power supply network with a missing single ground loop;
    • in case of violation of seals installed on the product;
    • lack of serial number of the device, or inability to identify it.
  7. The warranty does not cover consumables and accessories, as well as filters, shelves, drawers, stands and other containers for storing products.
  8. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.

Tear-off maintenance tickets are provided by an authorized service center. The completeness of the product is checked. I have read the terms of the warranty service, no complaints.
