Operation
- Locate the nuts you desire to remove or install.
- Choose the crowfoot wrench that fits snuggly with the nuts to be removed or installed.
- Fit the drive of your ratchet into the socket on the crowfoot wrench and turn with steady force.
- Keep turning until the fastener becomes loose enough to be removed with your hand or until it’s been turned to the required torque.
- Apply steady, even pressure to the rachet handle while turning it. Avoid sudden or jerky movements to prevent rounding off the fastener or damaging the wrench.
- When installing a fastener, ALWAYS tighten fasteners to their torques stated in your vehicle’s service manual.
