Please follow the steps in this manual to install the machine and keep this manual for further guidance.
This guide details the functions and steps of the Pet Feeder.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

Device placement

1. Pet feeder should be placed on a level surface. Do not place or store an appliance where it can fall or be pulled.
2. Only for use indoors, away from areas of direct sunlight or moisture.
3. Do not expose the feeder to temperatures below 0°c (32°F).
4. Do not place any foreign objects in the feeder.
5. Make sure there are no objects on and around the food bowl that would prevent pets from eating normally.

Important Safety Information

1. Make sure the power supply is securely plugged in to ensure the feeder functions properly.
2. This product is only suitable for cats and small dogs.
3. Do not allow small children to play with, in, or around the feeder.
4. Do not consume the fillings of the ice pack. If the pack is damaged, do not use it.
5. Do not submerge control board in water at any time, as this may damage electronic components.
6. Do not disassemble the pet feeder beyond its individual components.
7. Do not place or store in a tub or sink.
8. Do not get the charging port wet. If the charging port gets wet, it should be allowed to fully dry before charging.
9. The feeder only supports charging with 5V 1 /2A adapters.
10. Always unplug the feeder when not in use. If storing for over six (6) months, the device should be fully charged beforehand.
11. Do not allow pets to chew on or swallow any part of the device.
12. Do not use the pet feeder for any purpose other than feeding pets.
13. APP connection has to be plugged in adapter, unless WIFI function will stop work.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PET FEEDER

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Open the Lid
Place the feeder flat on a surface, pull the ring lock on the back of the feeder upward with one hand, and lift the entire Top Lid.

Insert the Ice Packs
Place the Ice Packs horizontally in your refrigerator’s freezer at around -18 °C for at least six (6) hours. Then, insert the frozen packs into the feeder to keep wet food fresh.

* Note:

• Do not freeze the Ice Packs while they are vertically situated, as this will cause them to bulge and become misshapen.
• There is no need to use the Ice Packs for dry pet food.
• The freshness preserved by the use of the Ice Packs can also be affected by exterior environmental factors.
• The Ice Packs are for reasonable use with canned food, fresh food, and other perishable food that benefits from low-temperature preservation.
• Freeze-dried food and other forms of dry pet food do not need low temperatures to stay fresh.

Fill the Food Supply

1. Place the storage tray into the Base Unit, and then fill the bowl(s) with pet food.
2. Cover the Top Lid and lock it.

* Note:

• Avoid storing too much fresh food in the device, as the surplus fresh food can lead to odors and insects.
• While filling the food supply, please give priority to foods with short shelf lives, such as canned and fresh food.

• Sign up or Log in to your account.

Only 2.4Ghz is allowed and SGhz or mixed frequency is not fit for this device.

Unlock the Display

Press the ” ‹” and ” › “button for 3 seconds at the same time to unlock the display, and then the screen will light up.

Press the ” ‹” and ” › “button for 3 seconds at the same time again to lock the display, and then the screen darkens and the lock indicator will light up.

Instant Feed

Unlock the display, long press ” <” button to do instant feed once.

Reset WiFi

Unlock the display, long press” ” button for 10 seconds to reset WiFi.

APP SPECIFIC OPERATION

1. Open your phone’s Bluetooth, downloads the app and sign in with your exclusive account.
   

2. After entering the interface, if the device automatically discovers Click” Add’: go to step 5.
   

3. Or you can click”+ “in the top right corner and click” Add Device’:
   

4. After entering the interface, wait for the device to be discovered automatically and click “Add’:
   

5. Input WiFi password (user name cannot use Chinese, password cannot take special symbol).
   

6. Waiting to connect to the network.
   

7. Add successfully, you can customize the device name, click “Done’:
   

8. Click “Feed” to feed a meal immediately. Click “Add plan” to set the feeding plan.
   

9. You can set the time according to your pet’s eating pattern. You can choose from Monday to Sunday and click “Save’:
   

10. You can delete or add plans, but you can set up 5 meals.(*)
    

11. You can check the feeding records at anytime.
    

12. In the Settings menu, you can click “Share Device” to share the device with multiple people.
    

*() It only seems to allow me to program 5 meals?**
The exposed compartment is meal No.1, which can’t be programmed. And you can program the other 5 meals, which are in the 5 compartments that are unexposed.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Clean product interior and food bowl

1. Rotate the control board clockwise, and take it out.
   

2. All parts are washable except the control board. Do not use metal stuff for cleaning to avoid damaging the product surface.
   

Clean the Control Board

Take out the control board, wipe the outside with soft wet cloth.

* Note:
The control board is not waterproof and can not be washed.

Install the Control Board

1. Align the control board buckle with the bottom housing installation slot, hold and rotate it counterclockwise to hear a “click” sound.
   

2. Check whether the control board is installed in place.
   

* Note:
If the control board is not installed properly, the food bowl will be misaligned and then the feeder can’t work properly.
