SAFETY GUIDELINES
- Device placement
- Pet feeder should be placed on a level surface. Do not place or store an appliance where it can fall or be pulled.
- Only for use indoors, away from areas of direct sunlight or moisture.
- Do not expose the feeder to temperatures below 0°C (32°F).
- Do not place any foreign objects in the feeder.
- Make sure there are no objects on and around the food bowl that would prevent pets from eating normally.
Important Safety Information
- Make sure the power supply is securely plugged in to ensure the feeder functions properly.
- This product is only suitable for cats and small dogs.
- Do not allow small children to play with, in, or around the feeder.
- Do not consume the fillings of the ice pack. If the pack is damaged, do not use it.
- Do not submerge the control board in water at any time, as this may damage electronic components.
- Do not disassemble the pet feeder beyond its components.
- Do not place or store in a tub or sink.
- Do not get the charging port wet. If the charging port gets wet, it should be allowed to fully dry before charging.
- The feeder only supports charging with 5V 1/2A adapters.
- Always unplug the feeder when not in use. If stored for over six (6) months, the device should be fully charged beforehand.
- Do not allow pets to chew on or swallow any part of the device.
- Do not use the pet feeder for any purpose other than feeding pets.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PET FEEDER

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Open the Lid
Place the feeder flat on a surface, pull the ring lock on the back of the
feeder upward with one hand, and lift the entire Top Lid.
Insert the Ice Packs
Place the Ice Packs horizontally in your refrigerator’s freezer at around -18
°C for at least six (6) hours. Then, insert the frozen packs into the feeder
to keep wet food fresh.
Note:
- Do not freeze the Ice Packs while they are vertically situated, as this will cause them to bulge and become misshapen.
- There is no need to use the Ice Packs for dry pet food.
- The freshness preserved by the use of the Ice Packs can also be affected by exterior environmental factors.
- The Ice Packs are for reasonable use with canned food, fresh food, and other perishable food that benefits from low-temperature preservation.
- Freeze-dried food and other forms of dry pet food do not need low temperatures to stay fresh.
Fill the Food Supply
- CD Place the storage tray into the Base Unit and then fill the bowl(s) with pet food.
- Cover the Top Lid and lock it.
Unlock the Display
- Press and hold the < and > buttons at the same time for three (3) seconds to unlock the display. The screen will then light up.
- Press and hold the < and > buttons at the same time for three (3) seconds again to lock the display. The screen will darken, and the lock indicator will light up.
Set the Current Time
- CD Unlock the display, then press the button to set the time. The Clock Indicator will light up and flash.
- Set the Hour System: Press to select either a 24- or 12-hour system. Press to save.
- Set the Time: Press to adjust the hour value, and then press to save. Press < or > to adjust the minute value, and then press Oto save.
Set Feeding Time
- CD After you set the clock, the first Meal Indicator will flash. Press to set the time for the first meal. (If using a 12-hour system, please note the AM or PM logo in the upper-left corner of the screen when setting the feeding time.)
- Quickly pressing the button will save the schedule for Meal 1 and go to the settings for Meal 2. When you are finished scheduling the day’s meals, please long press the button to return to the screen showing the current time. Your feeding schedule will be automatically saved. Note: When the meal indicator goes out, indicating that the meal has been dispensed, the indicator will light up again after 00:00 midnight (12:00 am).
Instant Feed
To instantly feed your pet, unlock the display and long press the < button.
Cancel Feedings
If the feeding time is set to 00:00 or 12:00 AM, the feeding will not occur.
Restore Factory Settings
Unlock the display, then press O and < at the same time for three (3) seconds
to clear all settings.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean device interior and food bowl
- CD Rotate the Control Board clockwise and remove it, as it is not washable.
- All other parts are washable. Avoid using metal materials for cleaning, as these can damage the product’s surface.
C lean the Control Board
After removing the control board, wipe the outside with a soft damp cloth.
Note: The control board is not waterproof and cannot be washed in water. Reconnect the Control Board
- Align the control board buckle with the bottom housing installation slot and rotate it counterclockwise until hearing a “click” sound.
- Check whether the control board is fully reconnected in the right place.
Note:
If the control board is not re-installed properly, the food bowl will be
misaligned and the feeder won’t work properly.
