Q: What should I do if my earbuds do not connect via Bluetooth?
A: If there is a connection failure, perform a manual reset by following these steps:
Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget “JLab JBuds ANC” from your Bluetooth device settings.
Quickly tap one earbud in the charging case seven times until it blinks blue four times.
Repeat the quick tapping process on the other earbud in the charging case.
Take both earbuds out of the case. One earbud will be solid white, and the other will blink blue/white indicating readiness to pair.
Q: How do I check the charging status of the earbuds and case?
A: The pulsing blue lights indicate that the earbuds are charging. The case’s LED status shows:
- Solid Green: Case charge between 100-25%
- Blinks 4x Red: Case charge less than 25% or currently charging
