Connection Steps

Combination of receiver and transmitter, The product has been paired out of the factory. plug and play.

  1. Connect the HDMI port of the signal Receiver (RX) to the HDMlinput port of your monitor or TV, Then connect USB-C cable withPower Port, And plug power cable into the power adapter.
    (Currentand voltage greater than 5V/1A); The display enters the blue connection status screen;

  2. Plug power cable into the power adapter and connect the signal transmitter(TX) to the computer or other device with HDMI video output function; (Current and voltage greater than 5V/1A);

  3. Transmitter (TX) the indicator light changes from flashing tosteady ON,Wait 2 seconds for connection to complete.

Please ensure that the transmitter (signal source side) and receiver (monitor side) are adequately powered, If power supply is insufficient or unavailable, the connection may fail.Need to unplug devices and power cables,Plug the charging cable back in,Plug it into the device to connect.

Pairing Settings

If during use, the connection fails due to improper operation or other circumstances, the connection fails, or the connection interface cannot be entered. The device needs to be restored as follows:

  1. Connect the HD port of the signal receiver (RX) to the HD input port of your monitor or TV, Then connect USB-C cable with Power Port, And plug power cable into the power adapter. (Current and voltage greater than 5V/1A)
  2. Plug the receiver device into HD port corresponding to the monitor until you enter the blue startup interface.Press function button for about 5S,The indicator light changes from flashing to steady ON, Screen display Ready to Pair
  3. Connect the signal transmitter (TX) to the computer or other device with HDMI video output function,Press function button for about 5S, The indicator light changes from flashing to steady ON,The screen interface displays Pairing,Wait 2-10 seconds for connection to complete.

*(Note): 1 Rx max can paire with 5 TX.

Common problem

Q:What HDMI version of this product support? What is the Max resolution supported?

A:This product support HDMI1.3 Version,Max resolution is 1920*1080P@60Hz.

Q:What are the functions of the product’s function buttons?

A:Press the transmitter function button to disconnect or reconnect.

Q: Why the connection failed, or the connection was interrupted?

1.Please check the receiver and transmitter are plugged into wrong HD port each other. 2.Please check if the power cord is plugged in. The current must not be less than 5V/1A. 3.Please make sure there are not too many other wireless products around the product to avoid excessive wireless interference that may cause the product to fail to work properly. 4.If the above issuse occurs, please unplug the product together with power cable, re-insert the corresponding device, and repeat the connection steps.

A:Q:Maximum transmission distance and delay impact?

A:The product Max transmission distance is 30m/98 feet,Latency is less than 0.1S.During use, The stable power supply of no less than 5V/1A is required to ensure the consistency of signal transmission.

Q:Why is the product not compatible with my phone?

A:This product supports computers, laptops, TV boxes, cameras and other devices with HDMI interfaces. For smartphones, it only supports some models.

Q:Why do images appear delayed or stuck?
