Product Usage Instructions
Installation:

Step 1:
Before discarding the packaging, make sure the product has been successfully installed. -
Step 2:
Read the instructions and view the illustrations provided in the user manual before beginning the installation process. -
Step 3:
Remove all stock hardware from the machine, including the stock RSLs (Radius Support Links) and Brace Plate from the frame (Passenger Side), and the stock RSLs from the Wheel Bearing (Driver Side). -
Step 4:
Measure the eye-to-eye distances on the stock RSLs and transfer the dimensions to the new RSLs. If the SuperATV Lift Kit LK-P-RZR1K-3-5 is installed, set the upper stock dimension to 615mm and the lower stock dimension to the stock dimension. -
Step 5:
Install two Misalignment Bushings into each RSL as shown in the illustrations. Use the appropriate M10 or M12 Misalignment Bushings according to the stock RSL bolt size. -
Step 6:
Choose the appropriate installation option based on whether your machine has a SuperATV RB-P-RZR1K Rear Bumper (Install Option A) or not (Install Option B).
Install Option A:

Step 6.1:
If your machine has a SuperATV RB-P-RZR1K Rear Bumper, use the supplied M10 x 70mm FHCS (Flat Head Cap Screws) and M10 Nut to attach the upper part of the Radius Arms to the Wheel Bearing with the stock hardware. -
Step 6.2:
Install the supplied Bushings into the lower part of the Radius Arms. Use the M10 x 80mm FHCS and M10 Nut to attach the lower part of the Radius Arms to the Wheel Bearing with the stock hardware. -
Install Option B:

Step 6.1:
If your machine does not have a SuperATV RB-P-RZR1K Rear Bumper, use the appropriate M10 or M12 hardware, Bushings, and Brace Plate to attach the upper part of the Radius Arms to the Wheel Bearing with the stock hardware. -
Step 6.2:
Install the supplied Bushings into the lower part of the Radius Arms. Use the M10 x 80mm FHCS and M10 Nut to attach the lower part of the Radius Arms to the Wheel Bearing with the stock hardware. -
Step 7:
Tighten all hardware completely.
Radius Arms Adjustment:
If the Wheels and Axles do not rotate freely or equally, adjust the Radius
Arms out in small increments until they rotate freely. Make sure to tighten
all hardware completely after adjustment.

Kit Contents
- M10 and M12 hardware, Bushings, and Misalignment Bushings are included with kit.
- Use stock RSL bolt to determine M10 or M12 installation.

Dimensions
Measure eye-to-eye distances on stock RSLs and transfer dimensions to new RSLs.
- Install (2) Misalignment Bushings into each RSL as shown.
- Use appropriate M10 or M12 Misalignment Bushings.
Installation
Installation: The passenger side is shown.
- If the machine has a SuperATV RB-P-RZR1K Rear Bumper use “Install Option A”.
- Machines without a Rear Bumper use “Install Option B”; see the following page.
- Repeat for the opposite side. Tighten the hardware completely.

Radius Arms Adjustment
- If Wheels and Axles do not rotate freely, equally adjust Radius Arms “out” in small increments.
- Tighten the hardware completely.

Adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket parts will void any warranty provided by SuperATV® and is not recommended. No warranty or representation is made as to this product’s ability to protect users from severe injury or death. SuperATV® urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times.
By purchasing and installing SuperATV® products, the user agrees that should damages occur, SuperATV® will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV®, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of the seller to the user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. SuperATV® will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV®. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by SuperATV®. SuperATV® parts and products are not warranted if the item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.

Be advised that laws vary depending on town, city, county, state, etc. Use of certain products on public streets, roads, or highways may violate law.
