Product Usage Instructions
Resetting the Light
To pair the light with a bridge again, follow these steps
- Option 1: Keep pressing the LED Driver reset buttons for 5-10 seconds until the light flickers a few times.
- Option 2: Turn on the light, wait 1-2 seconds, turn it off, wait 1-2 seconds, and repeat this sequence (10 times on and 10 times off) until the strip light flickers.
Pairing with SmartThings Hub
To pair the product with SmartThings Hub
- For SmartThings Classic APP : Click “Add a Thing” to search for the new device. The downlight will be added as a 3A Nue Zigbee Downlight or a Thing.
- For SmartThings APP: Click “Add a Device” to search for the new device. The switch will be added accordingly.

Installation
Required 12/24V DC Adaptor Plug
Note:
- The 12V DC adaptor is not included with the ZigBee controller
- The power/currents of the adaptor depend on your strip light maximum power consumption
Reset the light when need to pair it with a bridge again.
- Keep pressing the LED Driver reset buttons for 5-10 seconds until the light flicks, a few times Or – Turn on, wait 1-2 seconds, turn off, wait 1-2 seconds, on… (10 times on and 10 times off) until the strip light on and flicking.
Connect to Philips
- Download and open the Hue App
- Tap ‘Settings’ button on the home page, select ‘Light setup’, then click ‘Add light’
- Wait a minute, and the indicator will stop blinking, then the device will be added in as an ‘on/off the light’ successfully. rename it as “XXXX” or any other one.
Reset and support
Reset the Strip Light Controller when need to pair it with a bridge again.
- Keep pressing the switch touch buttons for 10 – 15 seconds until a green light on and flicking, Or
- Open the switch glass cover and press the reset button for 10 seconds until the little light LED light is on and flicking.
Note: If max load is beyond the normal range, and will damage the device, please use within the scope of security.
Connect to Samsung SmartThings
Pair with SmartThings Hub

Open SmartThings Classic APP: click “Add a Thing” to search new device. The downlight will be added in as a “3A Nue Zibgee Downlight” or a “Thing” Or

If the switch is added as “Thing” or “Device” , login

Click “My Devices” Tab —> Select andEdit the new device “Thing” or “Device” by changing “Name: light switch or something else” and “Type: ZigBee Switch”

Click the “Update” button to save the changes.- Go back to SmartThings or SmartThings Classic APP to control the smart light.

Connect to Echo Plus
Method A
- Download and open Alexa App devices.” follow it and connect to Echo
Method B
- Download and open the Alexa App
- Tap “Devices” on the home page, tap ‘+’, then select ‘Add Device’, select “Light”, and select “Other” to start searching
- Wait a minute, and the indicator will stop blinking, then the device will be added in as ‘of this device as ” any other one.”.’ successfully.
Connect to Hubitat hub
Method A
Pair it with the Hubitat hub
- Open the Hubitat app -> Click Devices.
Method B
- Open the Hubitat app -> Click Devices
- Click “Detect Devices” -> Select “ZigBee”
- Click “Start ZigBee Pairing”
A “New ZigBee Switch” will be found.
