Product Usage Instructions

Parts & Assembly: Please ensure all the following parts are included in your box:

Assembly Instructions:

1. Prepare the ground by ensuring it is firm, packed, and level.  Ideal surfaces include concrete, asphalt, patios, or decking (do not place on grass).
2. Place rubber base pieces (A, B, C, D) on the ground as shown in the manual.
3. Insert cups (H) into the base corner pieces with holes (B).
4. Secure rubber base pieces together using Connectors (E for side connections, F for centre connections). Optionally use pins for increased stability.
5. Lay Performance Turf (I) and Putting Turf (J) on top of the base areas that fit their shapes. Secure the Putting Turf holes around the cups (H).

Note: If the turf is curled upon delivery, lay it flat in the sun for a couple of hours to allow it to relax and flatten before placing it on the base.

• Q: How should I prepare the ground for the mat?

• Q: Can I skip using pins during assembly?
  • A: If the mat will be regularly moved or disassembled, you can skip using pins. However, for increased security and stability, it is recommended to use pins.

Assembly Instructions

1. Ensure the ground is properly prepared for placement of the rubber base. The surface should be firm, packed and level. Concrete, asphalt, patios or decking are ideal. (Do not place on grass.) Place the rubber base pieces (A, B, C, D) on the ground together as shown.
2. Insert the cups (H) into the base corner pieces with holes (B). The tops of the cups will extend beyond the top of the base.
3. Secure rubber base pieces (A, B, C, D) together by pushing Connectors into adjacent holes in the sections.
   • Optional Step: For increased security and stability, install and secure Connectors with pins from underneath as you assemble the base pieces. (If the mat will be regularly moved or disassembled, we recommend skipping the use of the pins.)
   • Steps for securing the pins:
   • As you set base pieces next to each other, lift up the corners of the rubber base pieces and place a plastic push pin (G) into the holes from underneath.
   • From the top, push the rubber 2-pin (E) and 4-pin (F) Connectors into position, guiding them onto the plastic push pins.
   • Gently tap with a hammer until the connectors are flush with the base surface.
4. Lay the Performance Turf (I) and Putting Turf (J) on top of the base areas that fit their shapes. Tuck the Putting Turf holes around the putting cups (H) to secure them.
   • NOTE: We ship our turf folded in the box for the most expedient shipping. During transit, the turf pieces may curl slightly. If your turf is curled upon delivery, we recommend laying the turf pieces flat in the sun for a couple of hours to allow them to relax and flatten before laying them down on the base.
