Product Usage Instructions

• Ground Preparation:
  • Ensure the ground is properly prepared for placement of the rubber base.
  • The surface should be firm, packed, and level.
  • Ideal surfaces include concrete, asphalt, patios, or decking. Do not place it on grass.
• Placing Rubber Base:
  • Place the rubber base pieces (A, B, C, D, E, F) on the ground together as shown in the manual.
  • Insert the Adjustable Tee (J) into the underside of the desired tee location on the Fiberbuilt Grass Panel (N).
  • Insert the Putting Cups (K) into the base corner pieces (K).
• Assembly Instructions:
  • Secure rubber base pieces (A, B, C, D, E, F) together by pushing Connectors into adjacent holes in the sections.
  • 2-Pin Connectors (G) for side connections.
  • 4-Pin Connectors (H) for centre connections.
• Optional Step:
  • For increased security and stability, install and secure Connectors with pins from underneath as you assemble the base pieces.
  • If the mat will be regularly moved or disassembled, it is recommended to skip the use of pins.
• Securing Turf Panels:
  • Lay the Fiberbuilt Grass Panel (N), Stance Turf sections (L), and Putting Turf (M) on top of the base areas that fit their sizes.
  • Note: The turf may arrive folded in the box, causing slight curling. To flatten, lay the turf pieces flat in the sun for a couple of hours before placing them on the base.

  • A: No, the mat should not be placed on grass. It is recommended to place it on firm, packed, and level surfaces like concrete or asphalt.

  • A: Lay the turf pieces flat in the sun for a couple of hours to allow them to relax and flatten before laying them down on the base.

Assembly Instructions

1. Ensure the ground is properly prepared for placement of the rubber base. The surface should be firm, packed and level. Concrete, asphalt, patios or decking are ideal. (Do not place on grass.) Place the rubber base pieces (A, B, C, D, E, F) on the ground together as shown.
2. Insert Adjustable Tee (J) into the underside of the desired tee location on the Fiberbuilt Grass Panel (N).
   • Insert the cups (K) into the base corner pieces with holes (B).
   • The tops of the cups will extend beyond the top of the base.
3. Secure rubber base pieces (A, B, C, D, E, F) together by pushing Connectors into adjacent holes in the sections.
   • Optional Step: For increased security and stability, install and secure Connectors with pins from underneath as you assemble the base pieces. (If the mat will be regularly moved or disassembled, we recommend skipping the use of the pins.)
   • Steps for securing the pins:
   • As you set base pieces next to each other, lift up the corners of the rubber base pieces and place a plastic push pin (I) into the holes from underneath.
   • From the top, push the rubber 2-pin (G) or 4-pin (H) Connectors into position, guiding them onto the plastic push pins.
   • Gently tap with a hammer until the connectors are flush with the base surface.
4. Lay the Fiberbuilt Grass Panel (N), Stance Turf sections (L) and Putting Turf (M) on top of the base areas that fit their sizes.
   • NOTE: We ship our turf folded in the box for the most expedient shipping. During transit, the turf pieces may curl slightly. If your turf is curled upon delivery, we recommend laying the turf pieces flat in the sun fora couple of hours to allow them to relax and flatten before laying them down on the base.
