This device is designed for cooking dishes in automatic mode, as well as performing functions of extinguishing, frying, baking, cooking, steaming, warming up cooked dishes, keeping the dishes hot for a long time.
For household and similar use: in places of public catering in shops, offices, and other workplaces; consumers in hotels, hotels and other places intended for living; in places intended for overnight and breakfast.For household use, not suitable for industrial use.

The device is intended for use only for domestic purposes in accordance with this Instruction Manual.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

  • Read this manual carefully before operating the unit to avoid damage during use. Incorrect handling can lead to damage to the product, cause material damage or cause damage to the health of the user.
    Before using the unit, examine the power cord and the power cord connector located on the unit body closely and make sure that they are not damaged. Do not use the unit if the power cord or the power cord connector is damaged.

  • Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!

  • Do not allow children to touch the unit body and the power cord during the unit operation.

  • Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy.

  • Do not place the unit too close to the wall and to furniture walls.

  • Make sure that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging the power cord isolation.

  • Do not touch the power cord or power plug with wet hands.

  • Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and the power plug into water or any other liquids.

  • If the unit is dropped into water, unplug it immediately by taking the power plug out of the mains socket. Do not put your hands into water!

  • Apply to the authorized service center for checking the unit.

  • Do not insert foreign objects into the openings of the unit or between its parts.

  • Do not let foreign objects or edges of clothes get between the lid and unit body.

  • Do not leave the unit unattended, if you are not using the unit, switch it off and unplug it.

  • To avoid burns, do not bend over the steam release opening. Be very careful when opening the multi cooker lid during and immediately after cooking. Danger of burns by hot steam!
    Do not touch the surface of the lid during multicooker operation, open the lid only by pressing the multi cooker lid opening button.

  • Keep the steam outlet and clean.

  • Do not cover the device with a towel, do not place objects on the multicooker lid. The steam outlet can be blocked, which will lead to damage to the device.

  • Do not use the multicooker if the silicone gasket on the inner side of the lid is damaged.

  • Do not remove the bowl during the unit operation.

  • Do not cover the multicooker during operation.
    Attention! When steaming food, watch the level of liquid in the bowl, add water into the bowl as needed. Do not leave the unit unattended!

  • Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the carrying handle, having unplugged the unit, removed the bowl with food and let the multicooker cool down preliminarily.

  • The lid, cooking bowl and unit body parts heat up strongly during operation, do not touch them; if you need to take out the hot bowl, use potholders.

  • Clean the unit regularly.

  • Don’t replace the multicooker bowl with any other container or pot.

  • Don’t use metal objects which can scratch the bowl. The coating on the surface of the bowl can be gradually erased, so it is necessary to use it carefully. Do not remove food from the bowl with sharp objects that could damage the coating.

  • Do not pour vinegar into the bowl. It can damage the bowl coating.

  • During the unit’s operation and breaks between operation cycles, place the unit out of reach of children.

  • To avoid damages, transport the unit in the original package only.

  • Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself. Do not disassemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after it was dropped, unplug the unit and apply to any authorized service center.

  • Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.

  • After operating the unit for some time the bowl can slightly change its color. That is normal and due to the fact that the bowl surface is in contact with water and detergents.

  • Don’t leave a spoon or a soup laddle into the bowl.

  • Pour water into the bowl only, don’t spill water into the the multicooker itself, this can lead to the item damage or the risk of electric shock.

  • After the operation let the device to cool for 15 minutes before the next operation.

  • Follow the recipes from the recipe book.

  • Attention! During the first switch-on, the multicooker can produce an unpleasant smell of burning. This is normal and is due to burnout of the factory oil!

Multicooker is used for cooking under high pressure and under the impact of high temperature. By means of it, the cooking time is reduced.
In the multicooker with the function of pressure-cooker the producs are cooked without the air access at a temperature of 110-115*С, due to which more vitamins and minerals as well as the natural taste is preserved.

CONTROL PANEL

Cooking programmes: porridge/rice, fish, soup, meat, ribs, jelly/beans, stewing, frying.
“Keep warm” – press the “Keep warm” button to chose the function of food preheating, the indicator will light up.
“Pressure” – this indicator means an increased steam pressure into the unit.
“Time” button is used delayed start of the cooking time.
Button on/off is used for switching the unit on/off and for cooking time regulation.

SAFETY SYSTEM AND BASIC CONTROL ELEMENTS

The lid is constructed in such a way that to provide maximum protection with the high pressure inside the mukti cooker. Safety lid lock won’t allow you to open the lid if the pressure inside is too high. Pressure valve rises in case if the pressure in the bowl increases above the allowable level.

Temperature sensor fixes the temperature inside the bowl. Electronic device keeps the optimal cooking time. In case of overheating the heater automatically switches off and the display shows “E3”. In case of an electronics failure and an increase in temperature to the limit value, the thermal use will be activated and deenergize the device.

OPERATION

In case of an electronics failure and an increase in temperature to the limit value, the thermal fuse will be activated and deenergize the device. Unpack the device and all the accessories.
Take the accessories and instruction manual out. Carefully read the instruction manual and follow it during the operation. Place the device to the dry, even and heat resistant surface. Before first use wipe the cooking bowl, the surface of heating element and internal surface of the multi cooker.

Open the lid by taking the lid handle and turning it clockwise up to it is hand tight, after lift the lid.
Insert the bowl into the multicooker body and make sure that between the bowl and the heating surface there are no any foreign objects. The inner bowl has the scale level, marked in the parts – 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5; in cups – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10; and having the marking FULL (full cup). Put water and food into the cooking bowl. DO NOT fill the cooker more than to 3/5 of its capacity. While cooking food products that expand in hot water (rice, dry vegetables) or foam, do not fill the bowl more than to the half of its capacity. At the same time the entire volume of food products and water should not be less than 1/5 of the total bowl capacity. Close the lid in the sequence reverse to the opening. Check that the sealing ring is in the right position and safely fixed in the lid. Make sure that it is situated inside the steel ring.

It’s forbidden to use the multi-cooker with the damaged sealing ring or with the defects (deep scratches, spalling) of the bowl eadges, which are joint to the sealing ring.
Pay attention that the fixing finger is plunged into the lid body. You should here a slight click. That means that the lid is safely fixed in the correct position.
Plug the multicolored to the mains supply. Don’t do it if the above mentioned tips weren’t followed. Before switching on check the compliance of technical specifications on the device with the parameters of mains (220-240W, 50z). The pressure valve (3) must not be pressed. In this position, the steam can not leave the device, and the pressure inside cannot be increased. The pressure valve has two positions: closed position (sealing) and steam output (pressure reduction).
After switching the multi-cooker on, the display will show 00:00. It’s recommended to set the desired cooking time.

Standard programmes usage. If you want to use one of the programmes on the control panel, press the desired button on. The indicator will light up. The device has 10 standard cooking programmes.

After choosing the desired programmes the display will show “P:XX”, where XX is the time during which the food will be cooking (the default is set).
Self-setting the cooking time using the regulator. You can set the cooking time yourself with the help of the regulator. Choose the program you need. Press the knob of regulator and rotate it clockwise to increase cooking time and counterclockwise to decrease. Each turn increases / decreases the time by 1 minute. After changing the time, the display will show a 5-fold flashing, and then the multicooker will switch to the operating mode and start automatically.
Delayed start setting.

If you want to start cooking at predefined time, you can use the button “Time”. It allows you to set the time you want to get the ready dish (for example, if you want to get the ready dish in 2 hours, set the time to 02:00. The microprocessor will launch the specified program, the dish will be ready when the timer finishes countdown). Each time the button is pressed, the delay time is increased by 30 minutes.

Programmer or time cancel. In case you want to cancel the start of the cooking process or the time you set, press the regulator. To re-select the desired program or set the time, press the regulator again. The display will show “00:00”. Select the program you need, increase / decrease or set the time yourself again.

Multi cooker mode.
After you finish programming the device or after the delayed start time expiration, the multicooker will start the working process and “P:XX” will be shown on the display.
XX is the time of cooking.
Attention! It’s impossible to change the cooking time during the multicooker operation.
Immediately after the start of the work, the multicooker heats the food and gains the necessary pressure and temperature for their preparation. You will see on the display “running lines” “–: –”. After the pressure has reached the required value, the safety valve will operate, which locks the lid, preventing it from opening, while the excess vapor pressure remains inside. The cooking process is shown on the multicooker display in the form of “P: XX”, where P is the indicator that the required pressure is created in the device, and XX is the time in minutes remaining until the end of cooking.

After the cooking process has finished, the multicooker will beep (3 times), the display will show “bb”. After that, the device automatically switches to the temperature maintenance mode. The heating indicator lights up.

Attention! If you hear a buzzer sound and the display shows the error during the operation, immediately disconnect the multicooker from the mains and take it to the service centre.

Error code:
E1- the sensor circuit of the sensor is switched off,
E2- closure of the sensor,
E3- the device is overheated,
E4 – switch lock signal

End of the operation. In order to decrease the pressure inside the device, press the pressure valve opening button. Attention!When you turn or lift the pressure valve to decrease the pressure, the steam comes out of the unit! Be extremely careful when the steam is released. To prevent scalds keep your hands and face away from the steam jet.

It is not recommended to reduce the pressure immediately after “Preheat” temperature indicator lights up after the cooking process is complete. Let the unit to cool until the pressure valve is in the down position. Failure to observe this precaution could result in steam release and burns.
Unplug the appliance from the mains and unplug the appliance.

Take the lid by the handle, turn the lid clockwise until you feel that the attachment between the body of the appliance and the lid is loosened. Remove the cover from the device. Take the food (prepared dish) from the bowl.

Cautions while operation the bowl. Attention! The bowl surface has special nonstick coating, which requires gentle handling. To stir the dish, use a wooden or plastic spatula. Don’t pour vinegar into the bowl, it can damage the coating. The bowl can change its color after some time of operation because of the contact with water and detergents. That is normal and the multi cooker cabe objected to further operation.
Don’t wash the body of the device under the current water, this can break the device.

TRANSPORTATION, CLEANING, AND STORAGE

TRANSPORTATION. Transportation of the device is necessary by any kind of covered transport with the application of cargo securing rules ensuring preservation of the presentation of the product and / or packaging and its further safe operation.
DO   NOT expose the device to shock loads during handling operations.

CLEANING. The device needs to be cleaned regularly; remove all of the food residue from the surface of the multi cooker Before cleaning turn off the multi cooker and unplug it from the socket. Let the device cool off completely. Wipe the control panel, the outer and the inner surfaces of the multi cooker with a wet cloth and detergent, wipe dry. Do not wash the body in water and do not spray water on it. Clean the bowl with the warm water with detergent and wipe dry. It is recommended to wash the bowl right after the cooking. Remove the container to collect condensed fluid, rinse it, rub dry and put it back. Remove the inner part of lid and sealing ring and wash it carefully.

Wash carefully the inner surface of the lid, pressure regulator and pressure control valve and wipe them dry with a soft cloth. Put the inner part of lid and sealing ring back.

WARNING! Do not wash the removable parts in a dish-washer.
The bowl can be washed in the dish washer, but take care so that it won’t be damaged.
Wash the bowl in warm water with detergent and wipe dry. You should wash the bowl immediately after you finished cooking.
Do not use aggressive substances or abrasive materials.
STORAGE. The device must be stored indoors, in conditions that presume the preservation of the presentation of the product and its further safe operation. Make sure that the appliance and all its  accessories are completely dried, before storing it. To avoid damaging the cord, do not wind it on the body.

WARRANTY TERMS

When purchasing the product, ask for it to be checked in your presence. Without the having a warranty card or when it is not properly filled in, the quality claims are not accepted, and no warranty repair is performed. The warranty card should be presented at any address to the service center during the whole warranty period. The product is accepted for service in a complete set only. The warranty period is calculated from the moment of sale to the buyer.
Keep the documents confirming the date of purchase of the product (cash receipt).

The condition of free warranty service of your product is its correct operation, which does not go beyond personal domestic needs, in accordance with the requirements of the operating instructions for the product, the absence of mechanical damages and the consequences of careless handling of the product.The product is accepted for warranty service in its pure form. The warranty covers all manufacturing and construction defects (except those listed in the “Warranty does not apply” section), identified during the warranty period. During this period defective parts, except consumables, are subject to free replacement in the warranty service center.

THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

  1. Defects caused by force majeure.
  2. Damage to the product caused by the use of the product for purposes that go beyond personal domestic needs (ie industrial or commercial purposes).
  3. Consumables and accessories (sections, etc.).
  4. Defects caused by overloading, improper operation, penetration of liquids, dust of insects, ingress of foreign objects into the product.
  5. Products that have been repaired outside authorized service centers or warranty workshops.
  6. Damage resulting from changes in the design of the product by the user or unqualified replacement of his components.
  7. Mechanical damages, including due to negligent handling, improper transportation and storage, falling of the product.
  8. Violation of the operating instructions.
  9. Incorrect installation of mains voltage (if required).
  10. Making technical changes.
  11. Damage through the fault of animals (including rodents and insects).
