Product Usage Instructions
Safety Tips:
- Adult Assembly Required.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged, broken, and/or components are missing or broken.
- Do not use power drills or drivers for assembly.
- To protect parts during assembly, place them on a soft surface.
- Clean surface with water on a damp cloth only.
Assembly:
- Place the Carry Bag on a soft surface before assembling the Playard.
- Unzip the carry bag and disconnect the velcro straps as shown in the illustration.
- The carry bag unfolds into the Mattress Pad used for the floor of the Playard.
- The carry bag also holds the Playard folded.
- Extend the four corner posts in each of the four directions, noting the top rails on each side bent and connected by a joint.
Warnings:
- Avoid allowing hands and knees to pull up on product sides (approximately 5 months), rolling over, or reaching 15 lbs.
- Playard is not sold for purposes that can cause suffocation.
- Check for sharp edges before assembly and periodically during use.

- DO NOT MODIFY THE PLAYARD OR ADD ANY ATTACHMENTS THAT ARE NOT LISTED IN THE INSTRUCTION GUIDE.
- KEEP THE CARRY BAG AWAY FROM THE CHILD.
- NEVER PLACE A CHILD UNDER THE BASSINET.

- WHEN A CHILD IS ABLE TO PULL TO A STANDING POSITION, REMOVE BUMPER PADS, LARGE TOYS, AND OTHER OBJECTS THAT COULD SERVE AS STEPS FOR CLIMBING OUT.
- DISCONTINUE USE OF THE PRODUCT WHEN THE CHILD IS ABLE TO CLIMB OUT OR REACHES THE HEIGHT OF 35 INCHES (890 MM) OR WEIGHS MORE THAN 30 LBS. (13.6 KG).
BASSINET
TO PREVENT FALLS, STOP USING THE PRODUCT WHEN INFANT BEGINS TO PUSH UP ON HANDS AND KNEES, TO PULL UP ON PRODUCT SIDES (APPROXIMATELY 5 MONTHS), TO ROLL OVER OR HAS REACHED 15 LBS.
STRANGULATION HAZARD
- STRINGS CAN CAUSE STRANGULATION. NEVER PLACE ITEMS WITH STRINGS AROUND A CHILD’S NECK SUCH AS HOOD STRINGS OR PACIFIER CORDS. NEVER SUSPEND STRINGS OVER PRODUCTS OR ATTACH STRINGS TO TOYS.
- NEVER PLACE THE PRODUCT NEAR A WINDOW OR PATIO DOOR WHERE CORDS FROM BLINDS OR DRAPES CAN STRANGLE A CHILD.
CHOKING HAZARD:
KEEP MEDICATION AND SMALL ITEMS THAT COULD CHOKE A CHILD AWAY FROM THE PLAYARD.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
- INFANTS HAVE SUFFOCATED ON ADDED PILLOWS, BLANKETS, AND EXTRA PADDING. ONLY USE THE PAD PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
- NEVER PLACE EXTRA PADDING UNDER OR BESIDE THE INFANT.
- NEVER ADD A MATTRESS, PILLOW, COMFORTER, OR PADDING TO THE PRODUCT.
- ALWAYS PLACE THE INFANT ON THE BACK TO SLEEP.
- DO NOT USE THE MATTRESS PAD WITHOUT THE PLAYARD PROPERLY INSTALLED.
- DO NOT STORE THE BASSINET IN THE PLAYARD WHILE USING THE PLAYARD.
- NEVER USE PLASTIC SHIPPING BAGS OR PLASTIC FILM AS MATTRESS COVERS. THEY ARE NOT SOLD FOR THAT PURPOSE AND CAN CAUSE SUFFOCATION.

- UTMOST CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN IN UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY.
- EXAMINE PRODUCTS FREQUENTLY FOR DAMAGED, MISSING, OR LOOSE PARTS.

PLAYARD ASSEMBLY
- PARTS OF THE PLAYARD
- Place the Carry Bag (2) on a soft surface before assembling the Playard.
- Unzip the carry bag and disconnect the velcro straps as shown in the illustration.
- The carry bag unfolds into the Mattress Pad (3) used for the floor of the Playard.
- The carry bag also holds the Playard (1) folded.
- SETUP OF PLAYARD
- 2a. Extend the four corner posts in each of the four directions, as shown in the illustration.
- 2b. Note the top rails on each side are bent and are connected by a joint.
- 2c. Straighten each side until the playard locks into place. A clicking sound indicates the sides are properly aligned.
- 2d. When done correctly, the two adjacent rails become one long rail.
- 2e. Center should not be pushed down yet.
- When setting up the playard, lock rails before lowering the center.
- Make sure the top rails are rigid.
- Push down on all four top rails to ensure they are locked in place and do not collapse.
- Press down on the middle bar in the center of the playard as shown in the illustration.
- MATTRESS PAD ASSEMBLY
- Install the mattress pad on the playard’s base as shown in the illustration.
- Always use the mattress pad soft side facing up.
- Lift each end of the mattress pad as illustrated.
- Insert the velcro straps through button-hole openings on the bottom of the playard and adhere underneath.
- Pull the four straps on all the corners of the playard mattress pad through the bottom of the playard.
- Secure the mattress pad to the playard by attaching both sections of the hook and loop strap around the tube underneath the playard as shown in the illustration.
- INSTALLING THE BASSINET
- Remove the mattress pad from the base of the playard.
- To install the bassinet, zip the bassinet to the inside of the playard.
- Fasten the bassinet tubes on the floor of the bassinet as shown in the illustration.
- Install the mattress pad, soft side facing up on the bassinet’s base.
FOLDING THE PLAYARD
- BASSINET REMOVAL
- Remove the mattress pad from the base of the bassinet and unfasten the bassinet tubes.
- Unzip and remove the bassinet from inside of the playard.
- FOLDING THE PLAYARD
- For folding the playard, remove the mattress pad from its base.
- Pull up on the red loop located at the center of the playard as shown in the illustration.
- FOLDING THE PLAYARD
- Feel for the locking mechanism underneath the joint connecting the two top rails on each side.
- Push downward on all the rails to release the locking mechanism.
- Using the illustration as a guide, draw in the four corner posts.
- Wrap the mattress pad around the play yard as it was when removed.
- Secure the mattress pad with the two velcro straps.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE SURE YOUR PLAYARD LASTS FOR YEARS.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING:
• PERIODICALLY CLEAN THE PLAYARD COMPONENTS WITH A SOFT DAMP CLOTH.
• WIPE CLEAN WITH A SPONGE AND NEUTRAL EQUIPMENT.
• ALWAYS DRY THE METAL PARTS ON THE PLAYARD TO AVOID THE FORMATION OF RUST.
• PERIODICALLY CHECK THE PLAYARD FOR SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR WORN PARTS.
• DO NOT USE SCORING POWERS OR ABRASIVE CLEANERS.
BASSINET:
- REMOVE FROM FRAME.
- MACHINE WASH IN COLD WATER, GENTLE CYCLE.
- AIR DRY FLAT. NO BLEACH.
- SPOT CLEAN WITH A SOFT, CLEAN CLOTH AND MILD SOAP.
MATTRESS:
- REMOVE STRUCTURAL BOARDS.
- SPOT CLEAN WITH A SOFT, CLEAN CLOTH AND MILD SOAP.
- AIR DRY FLAT. NO BLEACH.
CARRY BAG:
- MACHINE WASH IN COLD WATER ON A DELICATE CYCLE.
- AIR DRY. NO BLEACH.
- SPOT CLEAN WITH A SOFT CLEAN CLOTH AND MILD SOAP.
