Product Usage Instructions
Initial Setup:
- Open the charging case lid and remove the two earbuds.
- Peel off the insulation film from both earbuds.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case, then take them out again. The earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically.
- Activate Bluetooth on your device and select SOUNDPEATS Clear from the Bluetooth device list to complete pairing.
Resetting:
- With the earbuds inside the charging case, press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes white twice to reset the earbuds.
- To complete the reset process, place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again for activation.
Wearing:
- Identify left and right earphones.
- Rotate the headset to find the most comfortable position.

After placing the earbuds back into the charging case and closing the lid, open it again to complete the earbuds’ activation.

Q2: How to charge the charging case?

How do I know if the earbuds are in pairing mode?
When both earbuds are removed from the charging case, they will automatically enter TWS interconnection state and then pairing mode. The indicator lights on the earbuds will flash to indicate pairing mode.

To activate the voice assistant, press and hold the button on one of the earbuds until you hear a prompt from the assistant.
Why is the earbude still connected to the phone after putting it back into the charging case and closing the lid?
The charging case has no power remaining. When the charging box is out of power, the earphones cannot be turned of when they are put back., Please make sure that the earphones are correctly placed in the charging box, and the charging metal sheet and PIN are clean. Please try to clean the charging contact between the charging box and the earphones with a soft cloth.
