Product Information

The Life Wireless Earbuds are a pair of wireless earphones that come with a charging case. They have touch controls and can be used to play/pause music, adjust volume, skip tracks, answer/hang up phone calls, and activate voice assistants. The earbuds also have ANC/transparency/normal mode and game mode. The earphones can be charged by placing them back into the charging case.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Identify the left and right earbuds according to the L and R logos on each side of the earphones.

2. Rotate the earphones and find the most comfortable position.

3. To power on, touch and hold the touch control for 3 seconds. To power off, touch and hold the touch control for 5 seconds.

4. To play/pause music, tap the touch control once. To adjust volume, swipe up or down on the touch control. To skip tracks, swipe left or right on the touch control.

5. To answer/hang up phone calls, tap the touch control once. To reject phone calls, touch and hold the touch control for 2 seconds.
   To switch between two calls, touch and hold the touch control for 1 second. To manually enter pairing mode, touch and hold the touch control for 5 seconds.

6. To activate voice assistants, tap the touch control 3 times. To enter/exit game mode, touch and hold the touch control for 2 seconds. To switch between ANC/transparency/normal mode, tap the touch control twice.

7. To charge the earphones, place them back into the charging case. The indicator light of the charging case will show the remaining power of the case and the earphones.

8. To reset the earphones, touch and hold the touch control for 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and green.

9. To wear the earphones, identify the left and right earbuds and rotate them to find the most comfortable position.

First start and Re-Pairing

1. Please make sure the charging case have remaining power. Open the charging case lid, both earbuds will automatically enter TWS pairing mode. After successfully pairing with each other, the indicator on main earphone will flash in red and white, the indicator of second earphone will stay white, then the earphones will enter pairing mode.
2. Find and click “SOUNDPEATS Life” in the Bluetooth list of your device to connect. The indicators of both earphones will stay on after successfully connected.
3. SOUNDPEATS Life Bluetooth earphones can remember previously paired devices. When you make the second connection, simply activate the Bluetooth in your device and take out both earbuds from the charging case at the same time, these earphones will automatically connect to each other and pair with your device. If the earphones can’t pair with your device automatically, please activate the Bluetooth in your device and choose “SOUNDPEATS Life” to connect.

Reset

Please try to reset the earphones according to following steps if the earphones fail to build connection or re-pair with your devices.

1. Clean pairing record of the earphones in all your devices.
2. Place back both earphones into the charging case and make sure they are in charging status. The indicator of the charging case will flash once when the earphones are successfully put in.
3. Keep the charging case lid open, press and hold the button of the charging case for 10 s until the white light flashes twice, reset complete.
4. Close the lid and open it again to activate the earphones.

Wearing

1. Identify the left and right earbuds according to the “L” and “R” logos on each side of the earphones.
2. Rotate earphones and find the most comfortable position.

Questions and Answers

Question 1: What does the indicator light of the charging case mean?

1. It shows the power of the charging case while:
   • 100 % – 50 % Green
   • 49 % – 10 % Yellow
   • 10 % – 0 % Red
2. When charging the case, the indicator light shows:
   • 0 % – 20 % Red light breathing slowly
   • 21 % – 69 % Yellow light breathing slowly
   • 70 % 99 % Green light breathing slowly
   • 100 % Green light on
3. Open the charging case lid, every time you place back or take out the earphones, the indicator of the charging case will flash once and stay on for 10 s (the indicator light will change according to the remaining power of the charging case).

Question 2: How to charge the earphone and the charging case?

1. When the earphone is in low power state, a low power prompt will be broadcast. You can place back the earphones into the charging case to charge them.
2. Please use a Type-C adapter to charge the case (current no more than 1A).
3. Please charge the earbuds and charging case at least once per 3 months when not in use for a long time.

Question 3: Why are the earphones still connected to my phone after placing them back and closing the case lid?

1. The charging case has no remaining power. The case can’t turn off the earbuds if the case battery is dead.
2. Please make sure the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case, and make sure the charging contactors and PIN pins are clean. Please try to clean where the charging case and the earphones are in contact with microfiber cloth.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

• Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
• If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
