Canac 7081383 Washer Toss Set
Instruction For Use
RULES
Players: 2 players and +
Contents: 2 wooden boxes, one 21′ (6.4 m)-rope and 8 washers (4 per
team).
Goal: The first team to reach 21 points wins.
A team does not need to have exactly 21 points to win.
Setup: Place the 2 boxes 21′ (6.4 m) apart.
To reduce the difficulty level, you can place the boxes at a smaller distance.
How to play:
Each person or team chooses 4 washers of the same colour. If 2 people play, both toss from the same box. If 4 people play, teammates toss from opposite boxes. Everyone must toss from the designated toss area (see diagram). Opposing team members standing at the same box alternate throws towards the opposite box until all washers have been played. The round is over and the winning person or team starts the next round.
Scoring:
Washers that land and stay in the box are worth 1 point. Washers that land in
the PVC centre within the box are worth 3 points. No points are earned if
washers land outside the box. Points cancel each other out. Example:
Team “A” has 2 washers in the box, 1 in the PVC centre and 1 outside the box
for a total of 5 points. Team “B” has 3 washers in the box and 1 outside the
box for a total of 3 points. Team “A” would receive 2 points for that round
(the difference of team “A”s points and team “B”s points).
This game should not be exposed to moisture. Keep it in a dry place.
