- DO NOT operate a Vegetable cutter, or any other electrical equipment, with a damaged cord or plug or after the unit malfunctions. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPLACE THE CORD. Call Customer Service to arrange to return the machine for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- DO NOT use outdoors. This product is intended for INDOOR USE ONLY.
- DO NOT pull the power cord to disconnect.
- DO NOT USE WITH EXTENSION CORD. Always plug directly into a grounded wall receptacle.
- Place the machine on a firm and stable surface. Ensure that the grinder is not placed near the edge of the worktop, where it can be easily pushed off or fall.
- To reduce the risk of unintentional starting, check that the control is OFF before plugging the cord into a wall outlet. To disconnect, turn the controller to OFF, then remove the plug from wall outlet.
- NEVER plug the machine in where water may flood the area.
- To protect against the risk of electrical shock, DO NOT submerge the machine in water or other liquids. Be sure the grinder is disconnected from the power source before cleaning.
- The use of attachments or parts not specifically recommended or sold by the manufacturer for this grinder will void the warranty and may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.

- DO NOT attempt to cut bones, nuts, or other hard items. It is only used for fruits and vegetables.
- The Manufacturer disclaims any responsibility in the case of improper use of the machine. Improper use of the machine voids the warranty.
- DO NOT REMOVE WARNING LABELS FROM THE MACHINE. Doing so will void the product warranty and may result in serious personal injury.
- This appliance must be grounded to protect the operator from electrical shock. This machine uses a grounded, three-prong plug that should be connected directly to a grounded 120V(US)/230V(EC), three-prong grounded wall outlet receptacle. Grounded plugs are used on metal-encased electric appliances to protect from an electric shock. DO NOT change or alter the plugin anyway. NEVER break off a grounding prong from a 3-conductor plug. Doing so voids the warranty and may result in electric shock.
- Type Y attachment: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.

Operation Instructions
- Install the handle
- After unpacking, place the machine on a horizontal tabletop and install the handle at the end of the handle of the machine.
- Setting the discs
- Rotate the knob and open the cover. Set the plastic ejecting disc first, then the disc elected for the cutting. Close the cover and reverse the rotation of the handle.
- Use of the equipment
- Connecting the power supply, the green button for starting the machine, and the red button for stopping the machine.
- Lift the handle and set the food inside the opening, then close the handle press the green start button with your right hand, and with your left hand, lightly move the handle downwards until the food is fully used up.
- The machine starts automatically when the handle is closed. Repeat these operations until the food is fully used up. It is possible to use the two openings with a single disc.
- When two discs are used for cutting sticks and match-like food, the inlet opening
- set over the grid must be used. The smaller round opening is used to slit vegetables such as carrots, vegetable marrows, and so on.
- WARNING: NEVER USE THE HAND, BUT PRESS THE VEGETABLE WITH THE PESTLE SUPPLIED.
- Release and replacement of the discs
- Turn the knurled handle and lift the cover. Turn the disc anticlockwise and cover the cutting edge with appropriate material (rubber, fabric, etc), the lift it by setting your hand under the disc.
- Simply lift the discs to remove the grid disc for dice cutting, or the disc for stick cutting with the plastic disc.
Clean and Maintenance
- Before cleaning or maintenance operations, ensure the mains switch is off, and the supply plug is disconnected from the mains. Accurately clean the equipment and the discs daily for the correct operation and life of the equipment.
- After each use, it is necessary to ensure the blade is clean. The clean water can be washed so the blade remains clean and is not corrupted. The service life of the blade is prolonged.
- Clean the machine, and above all where the discs rest, with a cloth or a sponge wet with warm water, accurately remove all wastes to prevent the discs from changing their position.
- Clean the surfaces with water and soap, alcohol, and detergents without abrasives or substances based on chlorine or soda. Never use abrasives, steel wool, or similar products, as they may damage the paint.
- The equipment belongs to a precision machining machine. Therefore, self-modification and equipment recreation will affect the use, which belongs to artificial damage.
- The blade belongs to the natural wear part of the equipment. After cutting a certain time and quantity of ingredients, the blade will be worn. It is necessary to timely purchase the blade with the corresponding specification for replacement (Improper operation or cutting too hard ingredients will also damage the blade).
- Periodically check whether there is a loose set screw, timely tighten the screw, and maintain the machine.
- Should the machine be idle for a long time, disconnect the main wall switch and clean the machine and its accessories accurately. Use white Vaseline oil (or similar products) to protect all the machine’s elements. These products air mainly made up of oily and detergent substances. They are now available in spray cylinders for the accessible applicant, besides giving a glossy aspect to the aluminum magnetism alloy, preventing moisture and dirt from getting inside the machine, hence, its corrosion. We advise covering the machine with a nylon (or similar) cloth.
Case Of Failures
- When the white pilot light on the panel is on, but the machine does not start, check to ensure that the handle and the cover are closed. In this way, both the safety micro switches.
- The safety micro switches prevent the machine from starting whenever all securities are not activated.
