Nilight 14AWG LED Off Road LED Light Bar Wiring Harness

INSTALLATION

  1. Connect light bar wires to wiring harness terminals respectively, black to black, red to red.

  2. Run rocker switch wires through switch cutout/ opening in the dash .
    Connect the 5-pin rocker switch with wiring harness. 2 methods of connection, please refer to the instruction on the below page.

  3. Connect wiring harness to the car battery. Red wire ( +) with fuse to positive, black wire(-) to negative

  4. Turn on the power and press switch on/off to test the light.

CAUTION

  1. The operating voltage is 12V DC . 16AWG: Max. Wattage 180W: 14AWG: Max. Wattage 300W: 12AWG: Max. Wattage 450W
  2. Please make sure all the exposed wires were securely wrapped by electrical insulating tape to prevent short circuit.
  3. Please strictly follow the instructions to avoid any hazards. If you do not feel comfortable with the installtion we recommend having a professional to install or install under his guidance.

LAST STEP

Complete the 5-Pin Rocker Switch Connection
Note : The above 5-Pin rocker switch connection is not completed yet, please select either one of the following methods to complete:

Wiring Method: A
Connect red jumper wire from 2 to 6
(Lower indicator light will turn on when the key is turned on)

Wiring Method: B
Connect white jumper wire from 3 to 6
(Lower indicator light will turn on only when the switch is turned to the on position)
