N1llght Headlight Assembly
COMMON CAUSES OF HEADLIGHT CONDENSATION
- Large changes in daily temperature
- Leaking seals on bulbs and/or bulb sockets
- The headlight is turned on and the bulbs heat up inside the housing,
HOW TO SOLVE:
- Check that all vents are free from blockages. Turn on the low beam for 20 mins to raise the headlight temperature and evaporate condensation.
- Remove bulbs to allow moisture to evaporate from inside the housing. Heat with a hairdryer to speed up the process.
- Leaking seals on bulbs or bulb sockets. Put moisture-absorbing silica-gel desiccant packet inside the headlight.
INSTALLATION STEPS
- Remove the grille. Undo the screws,clips, or retainer springs that hold the headlight in place. Remove the fasteners that are typically located at the top and bottom of the headlight.
- Disconnect the wiring from the stock headlight and detach the stock headlight.
- Fit in Nilight Headlight and fix it into place and make sure that the screws, clips or retainer springs used are sealed.
- Reconnect the wiring that was unplugged from the assembly.
- Put back the grille and seal them back into place.

HIGH I LOW BEAM ANGLE ADJUSTABLE
NOTE: The headlights have been adjusted to the best beam angle when leaving the factory, and there is generally no need to manually adjust the beam angle. If you want to adjust. please follow below instructions:
Adjust the length of the screw with a socket wrench to adjust the beam angle Please do not adjust over 3 times either clockwise/counter clockwise. The adjuster will be damaged if it is adjusted over 3 times!
