Product Usage Instructions
Placement for Acoustic Performance:
To maximize acoustic performance, place BuzziNest in a location that
minimizes external noise and distractions. Refer to the Placement Guide on the
product page for detailed tips.
Moving BuzziNest:
BuzziNest can be easily moved within the office without disassembly. For
Booth, releasing the wheels takes two minutes, and for the Pod, it takes five
minutes. Secure the product in its new place by screwing in the wheels and
placing it on its feet.
Customization:
You can customize BuzziNest by selecting the frame color and choosing from
a variety of fabric options and decorative prints. Additionally, add furniture
options such as shelves, tables, seating, and choose table heights.
FAQ
Does BuzziNest provide fresh air?
While in use, BuzziNest ensures a constant supply of fresh air. After each use, the entire air inside is completely refreshed before the ventilation system switches to a lower refresh rate (5 minutes after use). BuzziNest will then return to its standby ventilation mode (15 minutes after use), ensuring each new user enters a fully refreshed BuzziNest. The default airflow rate when the BuzziNest is in use and occupied can be set during installation or adjusted by facility management. This can be done if the factory setting does not meet the users’ preferences.
Can I adjust ventilation and lighting?
The factory settings of our ventilation and lighting systems are set up to ensure that BuzziNest provides a safe and healthy environment for work and meetings. If, for some reason, the airflow rate needs to be altered, it can be changed by the facility manager. This can be done by pressing the recessed button in the ceiling, which is situated beside the motion detector.
Can I choose the color of the ventilation and lighting unit?
The color of the ventilation and lighting unit will match the chosen frame: White or Black.
Can the light in BuzziNest be switched on/off manually?
The light cannot be switched on or off by the user. The ventilation and lighting system is run by a motion sensor and turns on automatically whenever someone enters BuzziNest. 5 minutes after the user has left BuzziNest, the lighting switches off automatically, causing no unnecessary energy use.
Can the temperature be controlled inside BuzziNest?
The ventilation is built in such a way that the system pulls air from the room into the BuzziNest Pod or Booth. This air is then pushed out at the bottom of the product, allowing for a continuous flow of fresh air. The temperature of the air is not heated or cooled along the way
What are the technical specifications of the lighting?
BuzziNest is equipped with a sustainable LED lighting source that is triggered by a motion detector. This light switches off automatically after 5 minutes when no one is using the product to preserve energy. The light intensity is set with the proper illuminance for a call, to do some focus work, or to hold a meeting. The lighting source of 1260 lm assures an illuminance of 300 lux on the table surface or shelf, even when the BuzziNest Booth or Pod is situated in a dark room. The color temperature can be compared to daylight, meaning 4000K, creating a fresh light that keeps you energetic.
How much time does it take to assemble a BuzziNest?
Two trained professionals will only need up to an hour to install BuzziNest Booth and up to two hours to install BuzziNest Pod. Inexperienced installers will be able to unbox and assemble the product in 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the model. While installing Buzzi- Nest, it’s important to follow the instructions carefully as outlined in the installation manual provided with your BuzziNest.
Is it possible to buy a pre-assembled BuzziNest?
Yes, you can buy a pre-assembled BuzziNest directly from our factory using our unique service. If you have a tight deadline or need a quick installation, the BuzziNest Booth is available in a pre-assembled model that can be rolled into the space right out of the box in less than 15 minutes. Please note that for the delivery of our pre-assembled BuzziNest Booth, doors should be tall-er than 232 cm | 91.34”. If the pre-assembled model is already on its wheels, the minimum door height needs to be 218 cm | 85.33”.
Can BuzziNest be plugged into a wall socket or ceiling outlet?
BuzziNest offers both options. There’s a power inlet near the floor that can be plugged into a wall socket, and an additional power inlet is built into the roof. Via a switch behind the interior acoustic panel, either the floor or roof inlet can be activated. For the Booth, this switch is situated at the bottom of the curved side. With the Pod, it is situated at the bottom of the left side. More details can be found in the installation manual provided with your BuzziNest.
Is BuzziNest certified?

What is the warranty on BuzziNest?
We offer a 5-year warranty on the BuzziNest. Electronic components have a 2-year warranty. Wear and tear damage is exempt from the warranty.
Can I install sprinklers in BuzziNest?
Official instances state there is no need to install sprinklers in BuzziNest. However, Buzzi-Nest can be fitted with sprinklers if required by local regulations. It’s important to note that BuzziSpace does not provide, install, or take responsibility for any malfunctions due to the installation of sprinklers, which is at the discretion of the customer.

As a reference, the capacity of an average household bucket is 10 liters, and
a human being breathes about 6 liters per minute. A multitude of fresh air is
provided every second, ensuring a healthy work environment.

Do I need a forklift?
Depends on how the crate will be transported into the office. If your office
doors are wide enough to transport the crate in its entirety, a manual pallet
truck or transpallet is sufficient. If the doors are not wide enough, a long
fork manual pallet truck is required to transport the package. Once BuzziNest
is installed you can easily move the Booth or Pod around thanks to its built-
in castors.
