USUAL FAULT & MEASURE

Air-causticity| In the allowed arrangement, add the system pressure if necessary to decrease the speed.

WARNING

1. If you want to mend or maintain, please close the two-endtapes and let the pump cool down. Then you can maintain, avoiding scalding or the steam or hot liquid, which come out from the inside pressure system.
2. Cut off the power supply.
3. Only expert staff can install or perform maintenance.
4. If the above measures are not working, pls contact your local dealer or directly contact our factory

PUMP EXHAUST

1. Before using, please exhaust first.
2. If the pump continues working one week for hot water circulation, please exhaust it one time per week.

Exhaustion methods:

At first, cut off the power and close the outer tap, then slowly twist the exhausting screw, and use the screwdriver to turn the pump shaft 15-30 seconds later. There will be some liquid coming out. After exhaustion, please tighten the screw on time.

WARNING

Note: To avoid being scalded by steam or hot water during exhausting, please don’t face the vent directly.

MAIN USE

Shield-type pipeline pump is suitable for floor heating systems, like as Automatic pressured and circulated for water separator, water collector, boiler, and hanging boiler; matching for water-cooled air-conditioning and center air conditioning system; water supply for the washing machine when lower pressure; increase the flux and pressure for the tap water, supply and circulate liquid for industrial equipment. Part of the pump body is made of copper or stainless steel materials, which more sanitary household water.

MAIN FEATURES

1. This pump adopts a shielding set of stainless steel and keeps water away from electrical machinery completely. A mechanical seal is not required, thus completely solving pump leaking. Adopted the ceramic bearing, stainless steel shaft, friction-resistant, corrosion-resistant, automatic water circulation, it can be used for cooling lubricating motor, also for lubricating the bearing and the motor won’t be damaged even highest head working. If the method is on the right way, there is no need to maintain it for three years, good quality and long time use.
2. This product adds a timer. The user can set the time period, and the pump will run in the corresponding time period.
3. The noise of the pump is very low. It’s most suitable for indoor lowest noise occasion installation and use.
4. All the inside motor materials adopted the heating-resistant, so it can be completely used in a hot-water circulation booster system.

WORKING CONDITION

1. Medium transportation temperature: 2℃ – +95℃
2. Max circumstance temperature: +40℃
3. Medium condition: clean, no solid substance, no mineral & oil substance, no stickiness.
4. Chem. condition: near neutral, non-cauterization, non-explosion similar water (glycol max-content: 30%).
5. If you want to use other kinds of liquids, please consult the factory.
6. Max working pressure: 3bar
7. Min. inlet pressure:
   a. At +50℃ 0.05 bar
   b. At +95℃ 0.3 bar

All above are only suitable for altitudes 300 m, much higher 100 m by 0.01 bar adding. To avoid air-causticity, which makes noise, you should keep min. Pressure limitation.

The pump must be working at a rated voltage range of ±10%. If the voltage is too low, the pump will come out low speed or hardly start up, easily heating, lower head and pressure.

SPECIAL WARNING

Before using, the pump must be reliable earth touch. Don´t change the three- core wiring plug to avoid power leakage. To make sure everything is safe, please u must install some security measures, such as the power leakage broker or electric shock blocker and so on.

1. Earth wiring and nil wiring must be separated. If there is no reliable earth wiring, the accident will be no business with us.
   This type of water pump´s plug feet, if “L” is Live Wiring, “N” is Nil Wiring, and the longest one is “E” earth touch wiring. Customers must pay attention to the connection to the plug when they install the three-core socket.
   Here we absolutely forbid u to unite the Nil Wiring and Earth Wiring together, which can make power leakage dangerous.

2. Don´t use a blanket to cover the motor or the pumps. Keep ventilation to avoid fire danger.

3. If you install our pump outdoors, please u should do some protection measures. Or it will decrease the using life span because of the sun-baked and raining. Worst it can cause an electric shock accident. If you install our pump indoors, please avoid water spilling to make an electric shock; don´t install it inside the bathroom to avoid the cream and water going inside.

4. After a few years of normal use, if you hear any sound in the motor, please replace the internal shield components timely to prevent the danger of electric shock hazard by water leakage.

PRECAUTION

1. When connecting to the power supply, let the pump work for several seconds to inspect whether the start-up is normal or not. But don’t let the pump work with no water for a long time to affect the ceramic bearing span. Special the self-auto water pump, in case of no water suddenly, u should pay more attention to avoid unnecessary loss.
2. Pls pay attention to the water drop on the wood floor or easily moisture goods when exhausting the air or maintenance.
3. Don’t touch to avoid scald when our pump using in the heating system. The wiring materials must be heating-resistant.
4. Before installation, make sure the pipeline is welding well and clean. If there have foreign substances, welding clinker, or dirt, they will damage the water pump.
5. The filter screen needs to be cleaned every 1 month.
6. The place where to install the pump should be convenient for maintenance and change.
7. We suggest that you pls separately install the check valve at the inlet or outlet for maintenance. Then it can avoid the leaking water drop to the water pump and the junction box.
8. Current flow direction should be the same as the arrow on the pump.
9. When the direction of the junction box isn’t right, u can lose the hexangular screw and return the motor to the right position. Pls don’t damage the rubber gasket, then re-tighten the screw and check whether the seal gasket is ok or not.

TIMER OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

This is a 24-hour programmable timer with 15-minute interval settings and 48 on/off cycles every day, ideal for home security and energy-saving applications.

See the steps below:

1. Correct the present time first. Rotate the dial in a clockwise direction, and make the arrow point to the present time.
   E.g., It is 9:00 am at present. Rotate the dial and make the arrow point to 9:00 (see figure 1).
   

2. Push the segments outwards for working on. Each segment represents 15  minutes. E.g., You want to let the electric apparatus work during 10:15 –11:00. Push three segments outwards between 10:15 and 11:00 (see figure 2).
   

3. Push down the switch and situate it to the position of ‘ ’ (see figure 3).
   

4. When the electric pump is powered on, the above functions will work.

NOTE:

• It will keep the same program every day unless changing.

• Once power is off, you need to reset the the present time when reusing it.

• Make sure not to disassemble the timer by yourself.

• When the switch is pushed towards:
  ‘I’ = timer will be permanently ON;
  ‘ ‘ = timer will work to the set program;
  ‘O’ = timer will be permanently OFF;

• Indoor use only.
