4.1 Confirmation before Installation
Door Thickness: 1-3/8″ to 2-1/8″ (35mm -55mm)

4.3 Installation Guide
Step 0. Install the Strike Plate[D] and Hole Cover[E] with 2 wood Screws[I]. (Your original Strike Hole Cover and Strike Plate could be kept if it is compatible with the latch) Step 1. Install the Latch[C]

1. The latch can be adjusted between 2-3/8″(60mm) and 2-3/4″(70mm).
2. Make sure the spindle hole is squarely straight to the ground.
3. Fix the lock latch with 2 wood Screws[I].

Step 2. Install the Front Handle[A]

1. Tighten and fix the 2 connecting pipes[G].
2. Thread the power cord through the door hole.

Step 3. Install the Rear Handle[B]

1. Connect the power cord.
2. Fix the rear handle with 2 M4 screws[J]

Step 4. Install Batteries

1. Install 4 AAA alkaline batteries (Not included)
2. Fix the battery cover with battery cover screw[K]

Step 5. Install Done

1. Check if the door lock can be used normally

5.0 Reminder

1. Before the first fingerprint is registered successfully, it is the experience mode, any fingerprint can unlock the lock in experience mode.

5.1 Download and Connect to APP

1. Download and install the [Tuya Smart] or [Smart Life] APP from APP Store (iOS) / Google Play (Android).
2. Open the APP and follow the prompts to register and log in.
3. Touching the fingerprint reader to wake up the Lock and  connect to APP.

5.2 APP Unlock / Lock

1. Slide right to unlock
2. Slide left to lock

5.3 Register a Fingerprint

1. Member Management
2. Click the Member
3. Click [Add] – [Add]
4. Place your same finger 6 times at the fingerprint reader at different angles

5.4 Auto-Lock and Passage Mode Switch

1. Settings
2. Click the Button next to [Auto Lock] to Switch Auto Lock and Passage Mode
3. Settable 1-300 seconds auto-lock time

5.5 Privacy Mode

1. Settings
2. Click the Button next to [Do-Not-Disturb] to turn on/off the Privacy Mode
3. Able to set the period for Privacy Mode

5.6 Volume Setting

1. Settings
2. Click [Lock Volume] to adjust the volume
3. Mute or Normal Volume

5.7 Restore Factory Default Settings

1. Click the button in the upper right corner
2. Click [Remove Device]
3. Click [Disconnect and wipe data]
4.  Click [Confirm]
