FAQ

Q1: Does the camera automatically turn on/off?

Ensure the output current reaches 12V and use our car charger. Also, make sure both the front and rear cameras are in charging mode. The dashcam restarts for enhanced stability.

Q2: Why is the video image blurry?

Remove the lens protective film, clean the lens, and ensure the windshield is clean without grease, dirt, or debris.

Q3: Why does the camera get hot?

Your camera may heat up slightly during operation due to video recording, which is normal. The dashcam may get warm during use due to high-speed recording (not exceeding 158°F/70°C).

Q4: My dashcam has no power, but can I use it on my computer?

If the cigarette lighter power line isn't working, check the car's fuses. If the power line plug is fused, check for cable damage, which could cause the fuse to blow.

Q5: Why can't I play video files on my computer?

The video files in the dashcam are in MP4 format, which may not be compatible with your PC if the appropriate playback software isn't installed.

Q6: Why is there no sound in the videos?

Check if the device's microphone is turned on.

Q7: Why does the camera display a memory error or record video segments of inconsistent length (e.g., 6, 10, 14, 18 seconds)?

Using unqualified or third-party SD cards may affect the dashcam's performance, leading to random restarts. If it still doesn't work properly, the TF card used during recording may not meet the requirements.
