  • Do not use this jump starter if any cable, clamp or cord is damaged.
  • Do not connect two clamps together when the jump starter is on.
  • Do not connect both cable clamps to the same piece of metal as this may damage the jump starter.
  • DO NOT use this jump starter to start a bulging or damaged car battery.
  • Handle this jump starter with care. Avoid dropping or striking the product heavily and repeatedly.
  • DO NOT disassemble or modify this jump starter.
  • Keep this jump starter away from children and pets.
  • If this product shows any sign of damage, swelling, leakage or odour, cease immediately and contact help.Kogan.com for support.
  • Do not expose this product to fire or other sources of heat.
  • Do not attempt to jump start a vehicle continuously. Allow at least 30 seconds to 1 minute between starts.
  • To avoid damage, do not use the jump starter when the battery power is less than 10%.
  • Before first use charge the jump starter for at least 3 hours to ensure it is fully charged.
  • For normal use, please confirm that the unit has at least 50% power before use.
  • If the positive clamp of the starting power was incorrectly connected to the negative poles of the car battery, the reverse polarity protection will enable to avoid personal injury and property damage.

OPERATION

Charging The Portable Jump Starter

  1. Connect a USB power adapter (not provided) to an electrical outlet. Connect the charging cable into the USB-C input on the jump starter and connect the other end into the power adapter.
  2. Press the power button to switch the jump starter on. While charging, the percentage of battery capacity will illuminate on the display screen.
  3. Unplug the USB-C cable when charging is completed.

Notes:

  • Ensure the jump starter is charged for at least 3 hours for the first time.
  • Use the provided USB-C cable to charge the jump starter.
  • A power adapter is not provided.

Power Bank

  1. Connect the jump starter to a device (i.e., smart phone, tablet, laptop or another electronic device) using a USB cable.
  2. Press the power button to turn the jump starter on.
  3. Disconnect the jump starter when charging is no longer required.

Jump Start a Vehicle

Notes:

  • This jump starter is for a 12V vehicles (with petrol engines up to 7.0L petrol or diesel engines up to 4.5L) only.
  • Ensure the battery power of the jump starter is more than 50% before using it to start a car.
  1. Insert the plug of the battery clamp completely into the jump starter.
  2. Press the power button . ” ” will show up on the display.
  3. Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal (+) of the car battery and connect the black clamp to the negative terminal (-) of the car battery.
  4. Start the vehicle.

Flashlight

  • Press power button, then press the light button to turn on the flashlight.
  • Press the power button to switch between the following modes: Solid, Flash, SOS and Off.
  • The light has approximately 35 hours of continuous use when fully charged.

CLEANING & CARE

  • Store the product in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
  • DO NOT use detergents to clean this jump starter.

  • Charge the battery of this jump starter at least once every three months.
