Assembly Instructions

WARNING:

• It is strongly suggested that all hardwired fixtures be installed by a professional electrician..
• To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shocks or personal injuries, always turn off the light fixture and let it cool prior to replacing the light bulbs.
• Do not touch the bulb when fixture is turned on; do not look directly at a lit bulb.
• Keep flammable materials away from a lit bulb.
• Shut off all the main electrical supply from the fuse box/circuit breaker
• Use E26 TYPE A CFL 10W, LED 6Wbu lb types and wattages. Do not exceed recommended wattages

Parts Included

Hardware Enclosed:

Step 1:

1. Unscrew the Canopy Nuts(F) from the Mounting Plate(D).
2. Unsecure Rubber Washer(U), Finial(T) from Metal Cap(Q).
3. Unsecure Screw(P) from Socket(R).

Step 2:

1. Attach Threaded Collar(l) on Canopy(E). Place Flat Washer(M), Hexnut(L) on Threaded Collar(l) and secure with Allen Wrench(N).
2. Cross Power Cord(J) into Threaded Collar(l) and adjust length as needed, then secure Nut(H) into Threaded Collar(!) with Allen Wrench(G).
3. Attach Plastic Clip(K) into Power Cord(J).

Step3:

1. Place Metal Cap(Q) on Socket(R) and secure with Screw(P).
2. Place Glass Shade(S) on Metal Cap(Q), secure Glass Shade(S) onto Metal Cap(Q) with Rubber Washer(U), Finial(T).

Step4:

1. Metal Sleeve(O) through the Canopy(E) and place on Finial(T).

Step 5:

1. Gently pull existing wire down from the ceiling junction box and allow wires to hang.
2. Attach Mounting Plate (D) to the ceiling outlet box.
3. Secure the Mounting Plate (D)} by tightening 2 Mounting Screw (C) with a screwdriver.

Step 6:
Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire of the supply circuit. Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire of the supply circuit.

Step 7:
Place the canopy (A) against the mounting surface, secure the Canopy Nut(F).

Step 8:
Install bulb(not included) into Socket(R).
