8MP Trail Camera w/2” Quick Set Up
Insert Batteries
Insert 12, AA batteries and pay attention to the polarity of the batteries.
Insert SD Card
Insert SD card (up to 32GB).
NOTE: The trail camera has NO internal memory; if the SD card is not in the trail camera the unit will shut down automatically.
Power Switch
Switch the camera to the “SET UP” position to enter into preview mode. Switch the camera to the “ON” position and place the camera in the target area to start the camera.
Custom Settings
Press MENU to manually customize the camera settings, which are displayed on the screen.
Menu Buttons
“MENU”: to enter into the program menu in preview mode;
“▲ ” ▼ “ ▶ ” “ ◀ ”: for custom operation settings, for more details reffer to the user manual;
“OK”: save custom operation settings and view images and play videos;
“ ▶ ”: switch between playback mode and preview mode;
“ DEL”: delete an image
“ ”: capture a photo or record a video manually.
Manual Capturing
Press “ ” to manually capture photos or record videos. Press “ ” again to stop the manual capturing of an image.
Viewing Images or Videos
Press “ ▶ ” to view images or videos. The last image or video taken will be shown on the LCD screen of the camera. Press “ ▶ ” or “◀ ” to view the previous or next image or video.
Deleting Images or Videos
Press DEL to delete images or videos. Note: the DEL button only works in the playback mode, if the camera is in the Preview state, press “ ▶ ” to switch to the playback mode.
Mounting the Trail Camera
The trail camera can be mounted either by using a belt or by mounting the trail camera using the tripod adaptable screw located on the bottom of the trail camera. To get the optimal picture quality, the recommended distance is 16.40ft/5meters from the camera to the target monitoring area and the recommend height from the ground is between 5-6ft/1.5-2m. Adjust the viewing angle properly before powering on the camera.
