Product introduction

The portable power bank is equipped with two input ports and three output ports. It provides fast charging for phones, tablets, e-readers, watches, game consoles, and more. It features a large digital display. The PD3.0, QC3.0, Samsung AFC, PE fast charge protocols are supported. The built-in smart chip provides multiple protection for the product and your device, including over- charge protection, over-discharge protection, over-voltage protection and over-temperature protection etc.

Instructions

1. Turn on:
   Press the power button once to turn on the power bank.

2. Sleep mode:
   In turned on status, if no device is connected to the power bank, it will enter sleep mode automatically in 30s; or you can press the power button twice to have it enter sleep mode.

3. Recharge the power bank
   Use the USB to Type-C/Micro charging cable to connect the Type-C/ Micro input of the power bank with the charger. The digital display starts to show current power which changes with the recharging process. When it is fully recharged, the display will stop at “100”.

Charging mobile phones or other digital devices Use the original charging cable of your digital device to connect it to the Type-C or USB1/2 port of the power bank, after connecting successfully, the power bank will be activated to charge your device and the power capacity of power bank will be displayed.

6. Fast charging supported devices When using this product to fast charge a digital device that meets the fast charging protocols for the first time, the power bank will be activated with the connecting of device in 1-2 seconds.
   Notes:

  * When using the power bank to charge two devices simultaneously, its fast charging function will be turned off automatically to protect your devices, and it only supports normal 5V 3A charging.
  * Fast charging will be activated only when the fast charging protocol of the device is compatible with that of the power bank. Otherwise, normal 5V-3A charging will be provided.
3.  **Discharge display**  

The displayed digits will decrease with the discharging process. Please recharge the product in time when the power is less than 10%.
Recharging the power bank:
When the power bank is connected to a compatible charging cable, its LED display will light up and show the current power percentage, which means recharging started. If the LED display does not light up, it means the recharging failed, please check the connection of charging cable.

Warm prompt

1. Please fully charge the power bank when using it for the first time.
2. Please pull out the charging cable in time after fully charged to avoid energy loss.
3. Please use suitable cables and accessories to make the power bank function normally.
4. Do not drop, impact, disassemble the product or try to repair it by yourself.
5. Do not store the product in a wet place or immerse it in water.
6. Do not expose or store the product near a heat source or flammable materials.
7. Do not leave this product in the car. The high temperature of sunlight will damage the product.
8. Please keep it out of the reach of children to avoid improper use
9. Do not put any foreign object into the USB input/output ports of the product to avoid short circuit or damage.
10. Please charge the power bank fully at least once every four months to prolong its service life.
11. Please stop using the product in case of swelling, leakage, deformation of battery and other abnormalities.
12. Do not disassemble the product by yourself. Any shortened service life or damage caused by improper use or storage of the product by customer will not be borne by our company.
13. Avoid using chargers with excessive output current or load.

Instruction of after-sale services

1. Consulting services: Please read through this user manual before using the product and keep the manual for future use.
2. Guarantee replacement: the company undertakes that if there is any quality problem within 7 days from the date of sale, the customer can choose to return the product for replacement and provide maintenance service for you (Provide the appearance is in good condition). But please keep the product, accessories and package in good condition.
3. Warranty service: if there is quality problem caused by impersonal factors in warranty period, we can provide free maintenance service for you (one-year free warranty service only, or we will charge it for repairing caused by human damage).
4. Maintenance bill: if there is quality problem caused by personal factors within one to three years from the date of purchase, it can be charged for maintenance service. Users need to pay for the components, transportation and labor costs if they need repair.

7. Alter the warranty certificate, or the serial number is inconsistent with the product itself;
8. Product damage caused by accidental factors or human factors (e.g. failure to operate, maintain or keep the product according to the user’s manual; failure caused by incorrect installation; install the inappropriate power supply, water intrusion, damage, etc.);
9. No valid warrant and invoice (except those that can prove that the product is within the service period). 5 Caused by force majeure, such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning strike, etc.
10. Damage caused by dismantling, repairing, refitting by others without permission.
