FOOD PREPARATION

The table below will help you to prepare different meals and to set up the fryer correctly.

Note : Please note that due to the varying quality and size of food, the settings below are approximate.
Because Rapid Air technology instantly heats the air inside the appliance, removing the fryer from the appliance during frying will hardly interrupt the cooking process.

Tips

  • When preparing food, take into account the size and quantity of the food you are preparing. Depending on their size and quantity, we recommend the following time period compared to the values shown in the table:
  • Shorten – in the case of processing smaller foods or smaller quantities.
  • Extend – when cooking larger foods or larger quantities.
  • Shaking the smaller ingredients halfway through the cooking time optimizes the final result and can help prevent uneven browning.
  • To make the fries crispy, add a little oil to them and fry immediately.
  • Do not cook very fatty ingredients such as sausages in a hot air fryer.
  • Snacks that can be prepared in the oven can also be prepared in a hot air fryer.
  • The optimal quantity for the preparation of crispy fries is 500 grams.
  • Use pre-made pastry dough for quick and easy preparation of stuffed pastries. Pre-made dough also requires less preparation time than homemade dough.
  • If you want to bake a cake or quiche or if you want to fry crispy or filled desserts, place a baking tray or mold (not included) in the hot air fryer.
  • You can also use the hot air fryer to heat food. To reheat the ingredients, set the temperature to 150 °C and the time to 10 minutes.
