- Wash in warm soapy water before and after use. Ensure that food residue is removed from the mat after every use.
- Do not use the mat directly on rack but on a tray.
- Oven safe to 480 °F (249 °C).
- Do not touch without protection after heating.
- Do not contact with flame directly.
- Do not use sharp cleaning tools after use.
- Allow to air dry, or place in the dishwasher (top rack only) after use.
- It is suggested not to use the mat directly for small/sliced food or sugar/ syrup, which is easy to be smoking, burnt and difficult to clean afterwards.
