Product introduction
This product can mirror what the screen of iPhone and iPad devices, et c. (videos, TV programs, games, applications, presentations, websites, slides, etc.) displayed on the TVs, monitors, projectors with the HDMI ports, etc. It can be widely used for film and television projection, conference projection, game project ion, etc. The users can easily share the wonderful contents of your mobile phone to a large screen with your family and friends
Applicable devices
For HDMl: TV, monitor, projector and other devices.
For Lightning: iP, i-Pad and other devices with lightning ports while the
system version is above IOS9.2.
Applicable scenarios
Office: Transfer the presentation (Word, Excel, PDF, PPT, etc), web page,
picture, video , etc of the device with lighting port to the projector and
other equipment to help to explain it on a large screen.
Entertainment: Display the movies, videos etc. to a larger screen for
viewing.
Studying : Display the learning content clearly to the large screen to
reduce the sight damage to the eyes.
Game: Display the game on the large screen to help operation.

Connecting steps
- Use an HDMI cable to connect the adapter to the monitor.
- Connect the adapter to iP phone/pad.
- After the monitor and iP phone/pad are successfully connected, the monitor will synchronize the phone screen after about 10 seconds.
- If the i P phone/pad needs power, use a Lightning charging cable to connect the adapter to provide power for it.
Precautions
- When connecting to TV, please select the corresponding HDMI signal source. (for example, when connecting the HDM12 port, please select the corresponding HDM12 port on the TV screen.)
- After connecting the iP phone/pad, if the HDMI monitor cannot display normally, restart the iP phone/pad, wipe the Lightning connector with a dry cloth and reconnect to the iP phone/pad.
- After connecting the IP Phone/pad, if the HDMI Monitor can’t display normally , replace the HDMI monitor, if possible , to verify HDMI monitor is abnormal.
- During use, the volume can be controlled via the monitor rather then the Mobil phone.
- When not in use , please keep the product properly and do not store it in a wet environment for long periods of time.
- If the lighting connector is found to be dirty please clean it begore use.
Q&A
Question: Why can’t the phone screen be synchronized to the HDMI monitor?
Answer:
A: The Lightning port may be dirty;
B: There may be data occupation at the iP phone/pad port;
C: The adapter and the Lightning port of the mobile phone may be in poor
connection. The Lightning connecter m ay become loose after a long time of
use.
Solutions:
A: Make sure the HDMI port selected on t he monitor screen is consistent
with the port connected to it;
B: Restart the iP device;
C: Replace the HDMI device;
D: Wipe the Lightning con nectar with a dry cloth and reconnect it to the
iP device.
Question:
the screen is blurry, stuck or show a blank screen, and the voice is not
synchronized with the screen.
Answer:
A: The apps are not compatible with the product; B: Th s product adopts
the Airplay mirror mode while some apps are not perfect suit for Airplay,
espec.a11y some paid apps, including but not limited o AT&T DIRECTV, Amazon
Video, NETFLIX, HULU, Youtube, etc .. These apps may not support high-
definition transmission in Airplay mode, which may cause stuck, poor image
quality, and the sound and picture are not synchronized. This force majeure
issues can’t be solved;
Solution:
Since there are a variety of software on the market, and some of the apps are
not perfectly suitable for Airplay, please try other compatible apps for
viewing.

Answer:
By far, the known incompatible devices incompatible devices include but not
limited to the vehicle center console, surveillance camera, some laptops, etc.
