Product Usage Instructions

Care and Maintenance:
Ensure proper care and maintenance to prolong the lifespan of the sink. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water is recommended. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that may damage the surface.

Installation Steps:

1. Make sure there is adequate space between the backrest, faucet, lighting fixtures, and cabinets for installing the new sink (A).
2. Ensure a watertight seal between the sink (A) and the drain. Remove any excess putty after installation.
3. Once the desired position is determined, remove sink (A) and apply sealant around the underside of the rim near the edge. Lower sink (A) in place, aligning with marks made during positioning.
4. Check for cutout alignment by temporarily placing sink (A) on the prefabricated countertop.
5. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for connecting supply lines and drainage. Hand tighten connections for a secure seal.

• What should I do if the sink does not align properly during installation?
  If the sink does not align correctly, double-check measurements and adjust accordingly. Ensure a proper seal between the sink and the countertop to prevent leaks.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth. On tough stains, use a powdered detergent and damp sponge or nylon scouring pad. Never use abrasive scouring powders, cleansers or pads because they will scratch, damage and dull surface.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original purchaser must be made available to the manufacturer for all warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable. It does not apply in the event of installation error, abuse, misuse or improper care and maintenance (whether by a contractor, service company or member of the purchaser’s household).

PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

TOOLS REQUIRED (NOT INCLUDED)

Faucet, pop-up drain, adhesive sealant, and adjustable wrench. If countertop cutout is required, a tape measure, marking pencil, drill and bit, and a jigsaw will also be needed.

PACKAGE CONTENTS

INSTALLATION OVERVIEW

1. Make sure there is enough space between the back- splash, faucet, fixtures and cabinets to install the new sink (A)

2. Cut along this line
   Warning: Please check the faucet clearance before cutting the hole.

3. Following the perimeter line, cut opening for sink (A) into countertop.

4. Check for cutout alignment by temporarily placing sink (A) in desired mounting position.

5. Apply a bead of sealing putty (not included) on the underside of the drain flange in order to ensure a watertight seal between the sink (A) and the drain. Remove any excess putty after installing the drain on the sink (A).

6. Check the fit and alignment of the sink, making sure to mark the sink’s location when the desired position has been found, then remove sink (A) and turn it upside down. Apply a generous amount of sealant (not included) around the underside of the rim of sink (A) near the edge. Lower sink (A) in place, aligning with marks made earlier, and press down firmly. Allow sealant to set before connecting supplies and drain (not included).

7. Install faucet (not included) following manufacturer’s instructions.

8. Connect supply lines and supply shutoff valves per the manufacturer’s instructions. Hand tighten connections for a secure seal.

9. Connect a trap (not included) to the drain assembly. Hand tighten to secure.
   NOTE
   It may be necessary to cut off part of the tailpiece of the trap or part of the horizontal leg. Be sure to secure joints for watertight assembly.
