Positioning the TV
- Install Display on solid horizontal surface such as a table or desk. For ventilation, leave a space of at least 10cm free all around the set. To prevent any fault and unsafe situations, please do not place any objects on top of the set.

A television set may fall, causing serious personal injury or death. Many injuries, particularly to children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions such as꞉
‑ ALWAYS use cabinets or stands or mounting methods recommended by the manufacturer of the television set.

‑ ALWAYS ensure the television set is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
‑ ALWAYS educate children about the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the television set or its controls.

If the existing television set is being retained and relocated, the same considerations as above should be applied.
Mounting on a Wall

An optional wall mount can be used with your television.
Consult with your local dealer to purchase the recommended wall mount bracket. Carefully attach the wall mount bracket at the rear of the TV. Install the wall mount bracket on a solid wall perpendicular to the floor.
If you are attaching the TV to other building materials, please contact qualified personnel to install the wall mount. Detailed instructions will be included with the wall mount. Please use a wall mount bracket where the device is adequately secured to the wall with enough space to allow connectivity to external devices. -
To prevent product damages or personal injuries, please make sure that the TV screen is kept upright, or tilted upward or downward within the angle range of 0 ~5 while mounting the TV onto the wall.

In case of exceeding the above angle range (0 ~5 ) of tilting downward, please purchase the auxiliary accessories from the local dealer to mount the TV for safe installation and usage. Otherwise, it will not be covered by the warranty and the user should be liable for all consequences and responsibilities.

Disconnect the power before moving or installing the TV. Otherwise electric shock may occur.

Remove the stand before installing the TV on a wall mount by performing the stand attachment in reverse.

If you install the TV on a ceiling or install the TV slantly, it may fall and result in severe personal injury.
Use an authorized wall mount and contact the local dealer or qualified personnel. Otherwise it is not covered by the warranty. -
Do not over tighten the screws as this may cause damage to the TV and void your warranty.

To prevent injury, this apparatus must be securely attached to the wall in accordance with the installation instructions.

Note꞉
- The pictures are only for reference.
- For the TV sets with terminals towards the wall, in order to leave enough space to use the terminals, a plastic spacer is needed together with each screw to fix the wall mount. It is a small hollow pillar, the height of which is ≥30mm.
Precautions For Using Remote Control
- Use the remote control by pointing it towards the remote sensor. The items between the remote control and the remote sensor will interfere the normal operation.
- Do not make remote control vibrate violently. Also, do not splash liquid on the remote control, also do not put the remote control in high humidity place.
- Do not place remote control under direct sunlight which will cause deformation of the unit by heat.
- When the remote sensor is under direct sunlight or strong lighting, the remote control will not work. If so please change the lighting or TV’s position, or operate the remote control closer to the remote sensor.
Precautions For Using Battery
Improper using of the battery will cause leakage. So please do as the
following methods and use carefully.
- Please note the batteries polarity, to avoid short circuit.
- When the battery s voltage is insufficient which affect the use range, you should replace new battery. Remove the batteries from the remote control unit if you do not intend to use it for a long time.
- Do not use different types of batteries (for example, Manganese and Alkaline batteries) together.
- Do not put the battery into fire, and charge or decompose the battery.
- Please dispose of batteries in compliance with relevant environmental protection regulations.
- WARNING꞉ The batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
Install Remote Control Batteries
Place two AAA size batteries in the remote control’s battery compartment,
making sure to match the polarity markings inside the compartment.
Installation of Restraining Bracket (Only for some countries or
models)
To prevent the TV from toppling over by some sudden circumstances like
earthquake, shock, climbing by a child, etc., you are asked to install the
restraining brackets before using the TV according to the following
instructions and pictures꞉

Take out the accessories supplied with the TV from the package. (Pic.1)

Use the TV restraining screws to fasten the TV restraining brackets on the TV rear cabinet. (Pic.1)

Fix the wall restraining brackets (bought by yourself) on the wall. (Pic.2)

Connect the TV restraining brackets and wall restraining brackets tightly with the ropes. (Pic.1 & Pic.2)
Note꞉
- Please install the TV near the wall so that it doesn’t fall backwards.
- Please buy the wall restraining brackets (2pcs) and ropes (2pcs) by yourself as you need.
- If the accessories does not have TV Restraining Brackets and TV Restraining Screws, it may be have installed on the TV.

BASIC OPERATION
Turn on or turn off the TV
- Connect the power cord to the TV and wall outlet.
- In standby mode, press POWER button on the remote control to turn on the TV.
- In working status, press POWER button on the remote control to turn off the TV.
- If you want to power off the TV completely, please pull out the power cord from the wall outlet.
TV Control Button
Instandby mode:
Short press TV control button to turn on the TV.
In working status:
*Long press TV control button and the TV will be in active standby for about 15 minutes. The TV will enter passive standby after this time. On a Power button press to turn on the TV, the TV will resume instantly if in active standby or will take few seconds longer if in passive standby.

Short press TV control button to open the Inputs menu.
- Close: Exit the Inputs menu.
- Turn off TV: Turn the TV to standby mode.
- Blueray Player: Access the external device connected through HDMI or AV terminal.
- Live TV: Access the Live TV mode.
- Home: Access the home screen.
Initial Setup
The first time you turn on the TV, a setup wizard will appear on the screen to
guide you through all settings in Initial Setup.
Step 1: Select the menu language.
Step 2: Setup the TV usage environment. If you need to demonstrate the TV
in a store, please select “Setup for store use”, which will consume more
energy. If you need to use the TV at home, please select “Setup for home use”.
Step 3: Select whether or not to connect the TV to the wired or wireless
network.
- If you don’t want to connect the TV to the network in this step, please skip directly to Step 4.
- If you have connected the TV to the wireless or wired network, you may be asked to select your time zone, and the TV may automatically check for updates.
< Activate your smart TV>
After the TV is successfully connected to the network, you will see the activation screen with detailed instructions telling you how to activate your smart TV using your computer, smartphone or tablet to link to a Roku account. You need a Roku account to activate your Roku TV and access the entertainment across thousands of free and paid streaming channels. Roku doesn’t charge for activation support – beware of scams. Roku accounts are free and while a valid credit card number is not required to create a Roku account, saving your credit card information makes renting and purchasing entertainment from the Roku channel store fast and convenient.
Step 4 : Connect your device to the TV through HDMI or AV terminal.
Step 5: Select a name for the connected device.
Step 6: Initial setup is completed.
Note:
- Settings in Initial Setup may vary depending on the region or model. Please refer to the actual on-screen instructions.
- If you want to restart the Initial Setup after the first time, please select <HOME → Settings → System → Advanced system settings → Factory reset → Factory reset everything>.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Before calling a service technician, please check the following table for a
possible cause of the symptom and some solutions.

Remote control does not work
Change the batteries.
Check if batteries are installed correctly.
Check if main power is connected.
Check if there are some items between remote sensor and remote control. -
Poor Signal
Keep the TV at a sufficient distance from other electronic products.
Picture & Sound/Solution

Check the signal source.
Plug another electrical device into the outlet to check if it is working or turned on.
Check if power plug is in good contact with the outlet. -
No sound, picture OK
If no sound, unmute the sound or increase the volume.
Open the sound menu and adjust ‘Balance’. -
Abnormal picture
For no color or bad picture quality, you may꞉

Adjust the color option in menu settings.

Keep the TV at a sufficient distance from other electronic products.

Recommended Picture Mode
There are several choices in picture mode setting (Low power, Standard, Vivid,
Sports, etc.). The default setting is Low power mode, it is recommended to
watch at home. If you want to restore the picture mode to Low power, you can
do the following.
Press< > button → TV settings → Picture settings → Picture mode → Low power.
Note: All the user settings will lose completely after operating the
feature of “Factory reset”.
