Thank you for purchasing the FIXED Mag Zen 10 power bank.

READ THIS MANUAL BEFORE USE.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

To check the charge status, press the button on the side of the power bank. Up to 4 LEDs will light up to show you the power bank’s charge level from 0-100%.
If the power bank is low on power, you can use the USB-C to USB-C cable found in the box to charge it and plug it into your mains charger. The power bank itself charges with up to 18 W. The USB-C connector on the bottom of the power bank is used to charge the power bank.
To charge your teke fon by wire, plug one cable into the device and the other into the power bank and charging starts immediately. Note: Some phones require you to press a button on the power bank to start charging.
For wireless charging, place your phone (which has wireless charging) in the centre of the marked circle on the power bank, phones with Mag Safe technology will attach themselves to the centre using magnets. The device should be no more than 4 mm away from the power bank. Wireless charging will start automatically. Note: Some phones require a button on the power bank to be pressed to start charging.
Low current mode: Long press the button on the power bank and the 4 LEDs indicate the entry into low current mode. This mode is suitable for charging smaller electronics such as TWS, smart watches, etc. Follow the same procedure to exit this mode again.
When charging USB-A and USB-C ports at the same time: fast charging drops to 5 V output voltage. To restore the PD fast charging function, you must disconnect the device at USB-A, wait 15 seconds, and then restart the PD fast charging output.

LED INDICATION
Battery capacity 0 – 25% – first white LED flashes
Battery capacity 25 – 50% – the first white LED is on and the second is flashing
Battery capacity 50 – 75% – first and second white LED lit and third flashing
Battery capacity 75 – 99% – first, second and third white LEDs are lit and the fourth is flashing 100% battery capacity – all 4 LEDs are lit

WHEN CHARGING THE POWER BANK:
Slow charging (5V) green LED does not light Fast charging (9V or 12V) green LED is lit
WIRELESS CHARGING:
5W slow wireless charging – white LED lights up Fast wireless charging 7.5W/10W/15W – green LED lights up
FOREIGN OBJECT DETECTION (FOD):
red LED flashes rapidly

PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
If the device is not used for an extended period of time, it is necessary to charge the battery every two to three months to prevent damage and to avoid reducing the performance of the device. Use a soft cloth to clean the body of the power bank.

SECURITY MEASURES
Do not expose the device to rain or snow or immerse it in water. Do not leave the power bank in the car in the sun. Do not expose the device directly to sunlight or leave it near heat sources. Do not use the power bank if it has been heavily impacted, dropped, or damaged in any way. Do not disassemble the device, there is a risk of electric shock and/or burns. Do not modify the power cord. Keep the power bank out of the reach of children. Unauthorized opening or modification of product parts will result in forfeiture of warranty.
