Safety warnings

Safety and use: For more information on safety and use, see the User Manual.
Important Safety Information: Use the headphones and their case with care. They contain sensitive electronic components, including batteries, and may malfunction, affect performance, or cause damage if dropped, burned, punctured, crushed, disassembled, or exposed to excessive heat, liquid, or high-pressure environments. Concentrations of industrial chemicals, including nearly evaporated liquefied gases such as helium. Do not use the headphones or their case if they are damaged.
Batteries: Do not try to replace the batteries in the earphones or the charger box yourself, as you may damage the batteries and cause overheating and injury.
Charge: Please charge the case with the charging cable and a power adapter or a computer, charge the device only with an adapter that meets relevant national, international and regional safety standards. Other adapters may not meet  applicable safety standards and their use to charge the case could present the risk of injury or death. Using damaged cables or chargers, or charging the device if they are wet, may cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the case or  other belongings.
Prolonged exposure to heat: Avoid prolonged skin contact with the device, power adapter, charging cable and its connector, or the wireless charger when connected to a power  source, as this may cause discomfort or injury. For example, while the case is charging using the charging cable and a power adapter or wireless charger plugged into a power  outlet, do not sit or sleep on top of the case, connector, adapter, or charger.
Do not place them under a blanket, pillow, or your body. Take extreme precautions if you suffer from any physical condition that prevents you from detecting heat in your body.
Hearing loss: Listening to sounds at high volumes can cause permanent hearing damage. Background noise, as well as continued exposure to high volume levels, can make sounds seem less intense than they actually are. Check the volume after putting the headphones in your ears and before playing audio.
CAUTION: To prevent possible hearing damaged, try not to have the volume set at high levels for long periods of time Danger to drive: It is not recommended to use headphones while driving a vehicle (in some countries, this practice is  illegal). Consult and respect the laws and regulations in force regarding the use of headphones while driving. Be prudent and pay attention when you drive. Stop listening to your audio device if you notice that it is distracting or preventing you from driving any kind of vehicle or doing any other activity that requires your full attention.
Danger to suffocation: The earphones, charging case, and small parts may present a choking hazard to small children or cause other injuries. Always keep them out of the reach of children.
CAUTION: If you use the charging case with a strap or other strap, be careful not to get the strap caught on other objects.
Interference with medical devices: The earphones and its charging box contain components and radios that emit electromagnetic fields. Likewise, both the headphones and their charging box incorporate magnets. These electromagnetic  fields and magnets can interfere with the operation of pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices. Leave a safe distance between the medical device, the earphones and its charging box. Request specific information about the medical device from  the manufacturer, on your doctor.
Stop using the headphones and their charging box if you suspect that they interfere with your pacemaker, defibrillator or any other medical device.
Skin irritations: Headphones can cause skin irritation if they was not cleaned properly. Regularly clean the headphones with a soft cloth.
In the occasion of any type of skin reaction, you may stop using the headphones. If the problem persists, see your doctor.
Electrostatic discharges: When using the headphones in areas where the air is very dry, it is easy to accumulate static electricity, so you may notice a small electrostatic discharge in your ear from the headphones. To minimize this risk,  avoid using the headphones in extremely dry environments, or touch a grounded, unpainted metal object before putting the headphones on.
Important Driving Information: Discoloration of the connector and the bottom of the headphones after continued use is considered normal. Dirt, debris and exposure to moisture could cause discoloration.

Function introduction

  1. Turn on: When the headset is taken out of the charging box, the headset will automatically turn on. Or press and hold the touch screen for 5 seconds to turn on the headset.
  2. Power off: Press and hold the touch screen button for 5 seconds to power off the headset. Or put it back into the charging box to charge the headset, and the headset will automatically power off when fully charged. The red light will flash when the earphone is  charging, the blue light is on when it is fully charged, and the blue light is off after the blue light is on for 5 seconds.
  3. Answer/hang up a call: Click the touch screen once.
  4. Rejecting a call: Press and hold the touch screen for 2 seconds when the call comes.
  5. Pause/Play: Click any left or right ear once when listening to a song.
  6. Volume adjustment: triple-click the right ear to decrease the volume, and triple-click the left ear to increase the volume.
  7. Previous/Next song: Double-click the previous song on the right ear, and double-click the next song on the left ear.
  8. Low battery alarm: When the battery is low when the battery is turned on or in use, a beep will sound every 30 seconds.
  9. Pairing: When two earphones are taken out of the charging compartment, the earphones will automatically turn on, the blue lights will flash alternately, and the earphones will automatically search for pairing. After paired ears, one earphone light will be off.  And one earphone will be red and blue flash alternately. Then turn on the phone’s Bluetooth to search for “AUR-36” paired headphones.

Special importance in the durability of the products have the elements that compose it and that suffer from degradation and loss of capacities due to their use, being understood as normal wear that they lose capacity, especially in the case of rechargeable batteries,  depending largely on infinity of external factors (hours of use, charge and discharge cycles, use of inappropriate chargers, temperatures of use, not respecting the recommended charging times, etc…)
For the guarantee of wear and tear parts, it must be taken into account that the loss of autonomy of the battery as a result of its aging does not imply a manufacturing defect, so it is considered considered normal that after 6 months have a loss of 10%, at 15 months  20% – 30% at 24 months 45%, all corresponding to proper use of the battery and the charge and discharge cycles carried out.
Any battery that presents symptoms other than those listed in this manual, will be inspected by the technical service and assessed for its affectation to guarantee. If after 24 months from its purchase the battery presents symptoms different from those detailed, it  will be understood to be exempt from guarantee for the reasons stated above and will be left out of the inspection process, becoming the customer who, if they so wish, must reliably demonstrate that the battery presented defects other than those detailed in this  manual before those 24 months.
