Safety warnings
Safety and use: For more information on safety and use, see the User Manual.
Important Safety Information: Use the headphones and their case with
care. They contain sensitive electronic components, including batteries, and
may malfunction, affect performance, or cause damage if dropped, burned,
punctured, crushed, disassembled, or exposed to excessive heat, liquid, or
high-pressure environments. Concentrations of industrial chemicals, including
nearly evaporated liquefied gases such as helium. Do not use the headphones or
their case if they are damaged.
Batteries: Do not try to replace the batteries in the earphones or the
charger box yourself, as you may damage the batteries and cause overheating
and injury.
Charge: Please charge the case with the charging cable and a power
adapter or a computer, charge the device only with an adapter that meets
relevant national, international and regional safety standards. Other adapters
may not meet applicable safety standards and their use to charge the case
could present the risk of injury or death. Using damaged cables or chargers,
or charging the device if they are wet, may cause fire, electric shock,
injury, or damage to the case or other belongings.
Prolonged exposure to heat: Avoid prolonged skin contact with the device,
power adapter, charging cable and its connector, or the wireless charger when
connected to a power source, as this may cause discomfort or injury. For
example, while the case is charging using the charging cable and a power
adapter or wireless charger plugged into a power outlet, do not sit or sleep
on top of the case, connector, adapter, or charger.
Do not place them under a blanket, pillow, or your body. Take extreme
precautions if you suffer from any physical condition that prevents you from
detecting heat in your body.
Hearing loss: Listening to sounds at high volumes can cause permanent
hearing damage. Background noise, as well as continued exposure to high volume
levels, can make sounds seem less intense than they actually are. Check the
volume after putting the headphones in your ears and before playing audio.
CAUTION: To prevent possible hearing damaged, try not to have the volume
set at high levels for long periods of time Danger to drive: It is not
recommended to use headphones while driving a vehicle (in some countries, this
practice is illegal). Consult and respect the laws and regulations in force
regarding the use of headphones while driving. Be prudent and pay attention
when you drive. Stop listening to your audio device if you notice that it is
distracting or preventing you from driving any kind of vehicle or doing any
other activity that requires your full attention.
Danger to suffocation: The earphones, charging case, and small parts may
present a choking hazard to small children or cause other injuries. Always
keep them out of the reach of children.
CAUTION: If you use the charging case with a strap or other strap, be
careful not to get the strap caught on other objects.
Interference with medical devices: The earphones and its charging box
contain components and radios that emit electromagnetic fields. Likewise, both
the headphones and their charging box incorporate magnets. These
electromagnetic fields and magnets can interfere with the operation of
pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices. Leave a safe distance
between the medical device, the earphones and its charging box. Request
specific information about the medical device from the manufacturer, on your
doctor.
Stop using the headphones and their charging box if you suspect that they
interfere with your pacemaker, defibrillator or any other medical device.
Skin irritations: Headphones can cause skin irritation if they was not
cleaned properly. Regularly clean the headphones with a soft cloth.
In the occasion of any type of skin reaction, you may stop using the
headphones. If the problem persists, see your doctor.
Electrostatic discharges: When using the headphones in areas where the
air is very dry, it is easy to accumulate static electricity, so you may
notice a small electrostatic discharge in your ear from the headphones. To
minimize this risk, avoid using the headphones in extremely dry environments,
or touch a grounded, unpainted metal object before putting the headphones on.
Important Driving Information: Discoloration of the connector and the
bottom of the headphones after continued use is considered normal. Dirt,
debris and exposure to moisture could cause discoloration.

Guarantee
NOTE: The AURICULARES TWS MINI CON CAJA DE CARGA (AUR/36 (921165 /
EP-113)) It has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Special importance in the durability of the products have the elements that
compose it and that suffer from degradation and loss of capacities due to
their use, being understood as normal wear that they lose capacity, especially
in the case of rechargeable batteries, depending largely on infinity of
external factors (hours of use, charge and discharge cycles, use of
inappropriate chargers, temperatures of use, not respecting the recommended
charging times, etc…)
For the guarantee of wear and tear parts, it must be taken into account that
the loss of autonomy of the battery as a result of its aging does not imply a
manufacturing defect, so it is considered considered normal that after 6
months have a loss of 10%, at 15 months 20% – 30% at 24 months 45%, all
corresponding to proper use of the battery and the charge and discharge cycles
carried out.
Any battery that presents symptoms other than those listed in this manual,
will be inspected by the technical service and assessed for its affectation to
guarantee. If after 24 months from its purchase the battery presents symptoms
different from those detailed, it will be understood to be exempt from
guarantee for the reasons stated above and will be left out of the inspection
process, becoming the customer who, if they so wish, must reliably demonstrate
that the battery presented defects other than those detailed in this manual
before those 24 months.
