Product Usage Instructions

Configuring Internet Settings:

  1. Open the AQUILA PRO AI app on your device and sign in. Ensure you are connected to the D-Link router’s Wi-Fi.
  2. Go to Settings then Internet.
    • Select Dynamic IP (DHCP) if your ISP does not specify an IP address. Click Save to apply changes.
    • Select PPPoE if your ISP requires a username and password. Enter the details provided by your ISP. Click Save.
    • Select Static IP if your ISP provides IP information. Enter the details provided. Click Save.
  3. For VLAN settings, enable VLAN state and enter the VLAN ID’s provided by your ISP. Click Save.

Resetting Router to Factory Defaults:

If you have forgotten the password, reset the router to factory defaults.

How do I configure the internet settings on my M30 Wi-Fi 6 Smart Mesh Router (App and GUI)

Note: The specific instructions may vary depending on your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

AQUILA PRO AI App

  1. Hardware Connection:
  2. Connect the power adapter to the router and plug into a power outlet
  3. Connect your modem to the router’s WAN (Internet Port) using an Ethernet Cable
  4. Open the AQUILA PRO AI app on your device. Then, Sign in. (Ensure you are connected to the D-Link router’s Wi-Fi)D-Link-M30-Wi-Fi-6-Smart-Mesh-Router-fig- \(1\)
  5. Tap your device (M30 – Home WiFi) then tap Home Wi-FiD-Link-M30-Wi-Fi-6-Smart-Mesh-Router-fig- \(2\)
  6. Locate and tap Internet Settings. Choose the appropriate connection type:
  7. Dynamic (DHCP) for cable connections
  8. PPPoE (You’ll need to enter the username and password provided by your ISP.

WebGUI

  1. Connect your computer or device to one of the router’s LAN ports using another ethernet cable or via Wi-Fi (By default, the Password is located on the label sticker at the back of the router)

  2. If this is your first time installing the router, open your web browser and enter http://xxxx.devicesetup.net/into the browser (xxxx represents the last 4 digits of the MAC address). Enter the Admin Password and click login to start the configuration process. The web address and default admin password are printed on the device label at the bottom of the device.

  3. Go to Settings then InternetD-Link-M30-Wi-Fi-6-Smart-Mesh-Router-fig- \(6\)

  4. IPv4 – Dynamic IP (DHCP)

  5. Select Dynamic IP (DHCP) to obtain IP address information automatically from your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Select this option if your ISP does not specify an IP address to use.   6. IPv4 – PPPoE

  7. Select PPPoE if your ISP provides and requires you to enter a PPPoE username and password in order to connect to the Internet. Click Save at any time to save the changes you have made on this page.

  8. Username: Enter the username provided by your ISP.

  9. Password: Enter the password provided by your ISP.

  11. IPv4 – Static IP

  12. Select Static IP if your IP information is provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Click Save at any time to save the changes you have made on this page.

  13. IP Address: Enter the IP address provided by your ISP.

  14. Subnet Mask: Enter the subnet mask provided by your ISP.

  15. Default Gateway: Enter the default gateway address provided by your ISP.

  17. VLAN settings: Enable the VLAN state then Enter the VLAN ID’s may vary depending on your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or leave it disabled when your ISP does not require it.

    In this example we use TM Unifi VLAN IDs: (Make sure to enable VLAN Tag to manually input the VLAN IDs)

  19. Internet VLAN: 500
