Assembly Instructions

  1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and place them on a clean, soft surface.
  2. Remove the metal plate (I) from the canopy (A) by removing the collar ring (J).
  3. Route the fixture frame (D) hanging cables through the canopy (A) and adjust the hanging cables to the desired height.
  4. Loosen cable locks and install them at the end of the three hanging cables. Insert the cables into the cable locks.
  5. Adjust the swivel ball (H) to the desired height and fix it by securing the set screw (E). Make sure there is no tension on the electrical wire when the fixture is fully extended.
  6. Cut excess wire, leaving enough to reach the junction box.
  7. Remove the outer housing of the wire by making a neat cut all the way around, about 1 inch from the end. Remove and discard the 1-inch piece of housing to expose the electrical wires. Be careful not to cut too deep into the housing to avoid damaging the wires.
  8. Separate the wires and strip insulation on each wire about 5/8 inches.
  9. Hang the fixture swivel ball (H) to the center of the mounting plate.
  10. Wrap the fixture ground wire (green) around the green grounding screw and tighten it securely.
  11. Connect the fixture wires to the corresponding wires in the junction box, following all applicable local installation codes and guidelines.
  12. Securely fasten the canopy (A) to the mounting plate using the screws provided.
  13. Install the light bulb into the socket.
  14. Remove the metal cap (L) from the bracket (M) by removing the coupling (K).
  15. Insert the bracket (M) into the glass shade (N) at an angle, then install the metal cap (L) onto the bracket (M) and secure it with the coupling (K).

  • Q: Is the light bulb included with the chandelier?
    • A : No, the light bulb is not included. You will need to purchase a compatible light bulb separately.

NOTICE

This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

TOOLS REQUIRED

  • Phillips Screwdriver
  • Wire Strippers
  • Slotted Screwdriver
  • Wire Cutters
  • Measuring Tape

PERSONS REQUIRED: Two

  1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

  2. Remove metal plate (I) from canopy (A) by removing collar ring (J).

  3. Route fixture frame (D) hanging cables through the canopy (A), then adjust hanging cables to the desired height as needed.

  4. Loosen cable locks and install to the end of three hanging cables. Insert the other end of the cables through the cable lock and tighten the ends with a screwdriver to secure them. See diagram 1.

    • NOTE : It is recommended to have a helper assist in supporting the fixture for step 5.
  5. Install canopy (A) to the junction box and secure it with mounting screws (B).

  6. After fixture height is achieved shorten the wires by using a pair of wire cutters.

    • NOTE : Make sure the fixture is level and height accurate before cutting wires.
  7. Loosen set screw (E) on swivel ball (H) using a provided screwdriver (G), then feed fixture electrical wire through collar ring (J), metal plate (I), and swivel ball (H).

    • NOTICE:
      This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved.   8. Adjust the swivel ball (H) to desired height, then fix the swivel ball (H) by securing set screw (E).

    • NOTE : Make sure there is no tension on the electrical wire when the fixture is fully extended.
  9. Cut excess wire, being sure to leave enough to reach the junction box.

  10. Remove the outer housing of wire by making a neat cut all the way around, about 1” from the end. Once cut is made, remove and discard the 1” piece of housing, exposing the electrical wires.

    • NOTE : Make sure not to cut too deep into the housing or electrical wires could become damaged.
  11. Separate wires, and strip insulation on each 5/8″.

  12. Hang the fixture swivel ball (H) to the center of the mounting plate.

  13. Wrap fixture ground wire (green) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 2). Continue fixture ground wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (C).

    • NOTE : It is imperative that the fixture is grounded.
  14. Connect the fixture neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (C).

  15. Connect the fixture hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (C).

    • CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections.
  16. Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box.

  17. Install metal plate (I) to canopy (A) and secure with collar ring (J).

    • NOTICE :

  18. Install light bulb into the socket.

  19. Remove metal cap (L) from bracket (M) by removing coupling (K).

  20. Insert bracket (M) to glass shade (N) at an angle, then install metal cap (L) to bracket (M) and secure with coupling (K).

    • Care Instructions: Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do Not use abrasive or chemical agents.
