Product Usage Instructions
Installation
- Ensure you have the appropriate roof jack and air inlet assemblies for your model.
- Follow the instructions furnished with the heater to install the roof jack and air inlet.
- Ensure proper clamping and secure strapping of the water heater.
- Connect the cold water inlet to the side of the heater.
- Connect the hot water outlet located at the top of the heater.
- Ensure all water connections are 3/4 N.P.T.
- Adjust the roof jack vent design to match the roof pitch of up to 5/12.
- For direct combustion air inlet, ensure the 1/2 screen is in place for rodent protection.
Operation
- Ensure the heater is connected to the appropriate fuel source (natural gas or LP).
- Follow the instructions provided with the field convertible controls to set up the operation for your desired fuel type.
Maintenance
Regularly check and replace the premium grade anode rod for long-lasting tank protection.
