Instructions for Assembly:

1. Display the LED neon sign in the desired location.
2. Insert the USB plug into the USB socket or alternative power source. Please pay attention to the electrical parameters of the power source as required.
3. If using battery operation, insert 3 x 1.5V AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment. Please pay attention to the battery polarity.
4. The toggle switch is located on the side of the battery box. If using USB operation, push the switch to the “USB” gear. If using battery operation, push the switch to the “BO” gear.
