PYRAMID 076944 Fly Screen Motorcycle Extenda Fenda
Kit Includes
Please note: The foam pad strips (Items 5 & 6) should be placed as shown
in these instructions.
However, not all the strips we provide will be required and they should only
be fitted in order to improve the overall fitment of the ‘Spray Guard-Hugger
Extension’.
Assembly Instructions
Before commencing the installation, please ensure that both mounting areas on the motorcycle’s OEM spray guard and hugger are clean, by using soapy water and drying accordingly. Please ensure that you are aware of which orientation the moulding (Item 1) should be positioned in before beginning the installation process. Use ‘FIG. 1’ for reference.

Begin by referencing ‘FIG. 3’ lo establish where the fixing holes should be drilled. Use an M4 drill bit to create the fixing locations on the moulding (Item 1). Put the moulding in place on the motorcycle, between the spray guard and the hugger. A good friction fil will become apparent, however you can use sticky tape or clamps to secure its position should you deem this necessary. Using a suitable tool for marking (the M4 drill bit will suffice), mark the underside surfaces of both the spray guard and the hugger to do the drilling process.

We recommend removing the spray guard and hugger from the motorcycles before drilling. although they can be drilled while they remain on the motorcycle it it is appropriate to do so.
Once the holes have been drilled, reassemble with all components, including the extension piece, in position. -
Please reference ‘FIG. 3’ for positioning of the foam pad strips (items 5 & 6). Apply lhe foam strips where appropriate, trimming them it necessary. You will not require more toam strips than have been provided.

Using the M1 nuts, bolts and washer (Items 2, 3 & 1), fasten the extension guard in place. Please see ‘Fig. 2’ for reference. Please take care not lo overtighten the fixings.

Installation of the Triumph Trident 660 Spray Guard Hugger Extension is now complete.
Try to keep the holes as central as possible on the fixing tabs. Reference ‘FIG. 3’ for assistance.
The images in ‘FIG. 3’ show the placement of the foam pad strips (Items 5 &
6).
The areas highlighted in green indicate the correct positioning.
Areas highlighted in red are to be avoided, as these are radiuses and will
hinder the fitting quality.
In the top two images use of the thin foam pad strips is required (Item 6) and
in the lower two images only Item 5 is required.
Trimming to size may be necessary.
Try to keep the holes as central as possible on the fixing tabs. Reference ‘FIG. 3’ for assistance.
