Diese Nebentür ist nur für den privaten Einsatz konstruiert und vorgesehen. Dauerbetrieb ist nicht zulässig.

Montage

WARNUNG
Verletzungsgefahr durch bauliche Veränderungen Das Ändern oder Entfernen von Funktionsteilen gefährdet die Funktion wichtiger Sicherheitsbauteile. Personen oder Gegenstände können eingeklemmt werden. Ändern oder entfernen Sie keine Funktionsteile. Bringen Sie keine zusätzlichen fremden Bauteile an. Zusätzliche Bauteile
überlasten die Federn.

Für einen einfachen und fachgerechten Einbau führen Sie die im Bildteil beschriebenen Arbeitsschritte sorgfältig durch. Dübellöcher im Türrahmen sind optional wählbar. Im Schwellenbereich haben Sie folgende Möglichkeiten:
Schwelle mit Bodeneinstand Das Bodeneinstandsprofil verschwindet später im Estrich.
Schwelle ohne Bodeneinstand Schrauben Sie das Bodeneinstandsprofil ab. Befestigen Sie das Türschwellenprofil bauseitig.
Beachten Sie bei der Montage Folgendes: · Stellen Sie eine sichere Verbindung zum Baukörper her. · Prüfen Sie, ob die mitgelieferten Befestigungsmaterialien sich für die
baulichen Gegebenheiten eignen. · Befestigen Sie die Nebentür an tragenden Gebäudeteilen nur mit
Genehmigung des Statikers. · Durch unzureichenden Wasserablauf im Bereich der Schwelle und der
Zargen besteht Korrosionsgefahr. · Durch unzureichendes Trocknen bzw. Belüften des Gebäudes besteht
Korrosionsgefahr. · Schützen Sie die Nebentür bei Malerarbeiten und Putzarbeiten. Mörtel,
Zement, Gips, Farbe etc. beschädigen die Oberfläche. · Schützen Sie die Nebentür vor Korrosion durch aggressive und ätzende
Mittel, z. B. Salpeterreaktionen aus Steinen, Mörtel, Säuren, Laugen, Streusalz, Anstrichmaterial oder Dichtungsmaterial.

Wartung und Pflege

4 .1

Profilzylinder

ACHTUNG
Beschädigung der Schließzylinder durch ungeeignete Reinigungsmittel Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen und Fetten spezielle Pflegemittel aus dem Fachhandel. Verwenden Sie niemals ölhaltige oder grafithaltige Pflegemittel.

Türbänder

Türbänder bzw. Scharniere sind wartungsfrei.

ACHTUNG
Schmieren der Türbänder Das Lager verschleißt durch das Schmieren der Türbänder bzw. Scharniere. Schmieren Sie niemals die Türbänder bzw. Scharniere.

4 .3

Oberflächen

ACHTUNG
Kratzer in den Scheiben durch falsche Reinigung Trockenes Abwischen der Scheiben verursacht Kratzer. Entfernen Sie Schmutz und Staubpartikel gründlich mit Wasser. Verwenden
Sie bei stärkeren Verschmutzungen warmes Wasser mit einem pH-neutralen Haushaltsspülmittel und ein weiches sauberes Tuch. Reinigen Sie die Oberflächen auf keinen Fall trocken.

Zum Reinigen und Pflegen genügt klares Wasser . Bei Verwenden Sie bei stärkeren Verschmutzungen warmes Wasser mit einem neutralen nicht
scheuernden Reinigungsmittel (Haushaltsspülmittel, pH-Wert 7). Reinigen Sie mindestens alle 3 Monate Außen- und Innenseite des Produkts und die

Dichtungen. Nur so bleiben die Oberflächeneigenschaften erhalten. Halten Sie den Gleitbereich hinter den Seitendichtungen permanent sauber und gleitfähig.
Verdeckt liegende Bereiche, die nicht durch Regen oder Abspritzen mit Wasser abgespült werden, müssen dennoch gereinigt werden. In Küstennähe, bei zeitweiser Gischt das gesamte Produkt zusätzlich mit Wasser abspülen, um Salzablagerung zu vermeiden.
Salzablagerungen auf der Außen- und Innenseite beschleunigen die Korrosion des Produkts!
Unterschiedlichste Umwelteinflüsse erfordern evtl. zusätzliche Schutzanstriche, (siehe Oberflächenbehandlung auf Seite 6). Das gilt z. B. für Seeklima, Säuren, Streusalz, Luftbelastung und Lackbeschädigung.

4 .4

Schloss

Damit die Tür immer leicht und leise schließt, pflegen Sie das Schloss und den

Schießzylinder 1- bis 2-mal jährlich folgendermaßen:

Fetten Sie die Rückseite der Schlossfalle mit Vaseline.

Sprühen Sie spezielles Pflegemittel (im Fachhandel erhältlich) in den

Schließkanal des Profilzylinders.

Oberflächenbehandlung

Beachten Sie die Verarbeitungshinweise des Lackherstellers bei einem zusätzlichen Schutzanstrich oder Renovierungsanstrich.

5 .1

Türfüllung mit Polyester-Grundbeschichtung

· Fläche leicht anschleifen mit feinem Schleifpapier (mind. 180er Körnung)

· mit Wasser reinigen, trocknen, entfetten

· weiterbehandeln mit handelsüblichen Acryllacken für den Außeneinsatz

5 .2

Türfüllungen mit Dekoroberflächen

· Schleifen Sie die Fläche leicht an mit feinem Schleifpapier (mindestens 220er Körnung).

· Reinigen Sie die Fläche mit Wasser. Trocknen und entfetten Sie die Fläche.

· Behandeln Sie die Fläche anschließend mit geeigneten Acryllacken für den Außeneinsatz.

HINWEIS
Türblattrahmen und Zarge sind aus witterungsbeständigen Aluminiumprofilen. Sie können Türblattrahmen und Zarge deshalb nicht gleichermaßen lackieren.

HINWEIS:

Beachten Sie beim Abbau alle geltenden Vorschriften der Arbeitssicherheit.

Demontieren Sie das Tor nach dieser Montageanleitung, sinngemäß in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

To ensure simple and correct fitting, carefully follow the work steps described in the illustrated section! Dowel holes in the door frame can be optionally selected. The following options are available in the threshold area:
Threshold rail with floor recess The bottom spacer profile is subsequently concealed by the screed.
Threshold rail for finished floor Unscrew the bottom spacer profile. Fasten the threshold rail profile on site.
Observe the following during fitting:
· Make sure that the connection to the building structure is sound. · Check whether the supplied fixing materials are suitable for the situation on
site. · Always obtain the permission of the structural engineer before fastening the
side door to supporting structural elements. · Insufficient water run-off in the area of the threshold rail and frames may
result in corrosion. · Insufficient drying or ventilation of the building may result in corrosion. · Protect the side door during painting and plastering work. Mortar, cement,
plaster, paint, etc. may damage the surface. · Protect the side door from corrosion caused by aggressive and caustic
substances, e.g. nitrous reactions from stones, mortar, acids, alkali solutions, de-icing salt, paints or sealants.

Maintenance and care

4 .1

Profile cylinder

ATTENTION
Damage to the locking cylinders due to unsuitable cleaning products Only use specialised care products for cleaning and greasing. Never use care products containing oil or graphite.

4 .2

Door hinges

Door hinges are maintenance-free.

ATTENTION
Lubricating the door hinges Lubrication of the door hinges leads to wear of the bearing. Never lubricate the door hinges.

4 .3

Surfaces

ATTENTION
Scratches on panes due to incorrect cleaning Wiping the panes with a dry cloth causes scratches. Remove any dirt and dust particles with water. Use warm water together
with a pH-neutral cleaning agent and a soft, clean cloth for heavier soiling. Do not clean the surfaces dry.

Clear water is sufficient for cleaning and care . In case of heavier soiling, use warm water together with a neutral, non-abrasive cleaning agent (household detergent, pH value°7). Clean the outside and inside of the product and the seals at least every 3 months. This is the only way of retaining the surface properties. Always keep the sliding area behind the side seals clean and lubricated.
Concealed areas that are not rinsed off by rain or hosing with water must still be cleaned. Near the coast, in case of occasional sea spray, rinse the entire product additionally with water to avoid salt deposits.
Salt deposits on the outside and inside accelerate the corrosion of the product!
Different environmental influences may require additional protective coatings (see Surface treatment on page 9). This applies to marine climates, acids, de- icing salt, air pollution and paint damage, for example.

Lock

To ensure smooth and quiet closing of the door, maintain the lock and the locking

cylinder 1 or 2 times yearly as follows:

Grease the rear of the lock latch with Vaseline.

Spray special care products (available from specialised retailers) into the

profile cylinder lock channel.

Surface treatment

Observe the application instructions of the paint manufacturer when applying an additional protective or renovation coating. Avoid dark coatings on doors under thermal load.

5 .1

Door infill with polyester-primer coating

· Gently sand the surface with fine grained sandpaper (at least 180 grain size)

· Clean with water, dry, degrease

· Treat the surface with standard acrylic paints for exterior use

5 .2

Door infills with decor surfaces

· Gently sand the surface with fine grained sandpaper (at least 220 grain size).

· Clean the surface with water. Dry and remove grease from the surface.

· Then treat the surface with suitable acrylic paints for exterior use.

NOTE
The door leaf frame and frame are made of weather-resistant aluminium profiles. Therefore, you cannot paint the door leaf frame and the frame with the same product.

Montage

AVERTISSEMENT
Risque de blessure dû à des modifications structurelles La modification ou le retrait des composants fonctionnels met en danger le fonctionnement dé composants importants pour la sécurité. Cela peut provoquer des mouvements de porte involontaires. La porte peut coincer des personnes ou des objets. Ne modifiez ni ne déposez aucun composant fonctionnel. Ne montez aucun autre composant étranger. Tout composant
supplémentaire surcharge les ressorts.

Pour une pose professionnelle et simple, effectuez les étapes de montage décrites dans la partie illustrée. Les trous de cheville dans l’huisserie de portillon sont disponibles en option. Au niveau du seuil, vous disposez des possibilités suivantes :
Seuil avec encastrement au sol Le profilé d’encastrement au sol disparaît ensuite dans la chape.
Seuil sans encastrement au sol Dévissez le profilé d’encastrement au sol. L’utilisateur doit fixer le profilé de seuil de portillon.
Lors du montage, respectez les points suivants :
· Elaborez une implantation solide dans le corps de bâtiment. · Vérifiez si le matériel de fixation fourni est adapté aux données
architecturales. · Fixez le portillon indépendant aux éléments porteurs du bâtiment
uniquement avec l’accord de l’ingénieur B.T.P. · Une évacuation d’eau insuffisante au niveau du seuil et des huisseries
provoque un risque de corrosion. · Un séchage et/ou une aération insuffisant(e) du bâtiment provoque un risque
de corrosion. · Protégez le portillon indépendant pendant les travaux de peinture et de
plâtrage. Le mortier, le ciment, le plâtre, la peinture, etc., endommagent la surface. · Protégez le portillon indépendant de la corrosion due à des produits corrosifs et agressifs, par exemple le salpêtre dégagé par les briques, le mortier, les acides, les bases, le sel d’épandage et les matériaux de laquage et d’étanchéité.

Maintenance et entretien

4 .1

Cylindre profilé

ATTENTION
Endommagement des cylindres de fermeture dû à des produits nettoyants inappropriés Pour le nettoyage et le graissage, utilisez des produits d’entretien du commerce. N’utilisez jamais de produits d’entretien graphiteux ou huileux.

4 .2

Paumelles de porte

Les paumelles de porte et charnières sont sans entretien.

ATTENTION
Graissage des paumelles de porte Le graissage des paumelles de porte et charnières provoque l’usure des paliers. Ne graissez jamais les paumelles de porte et charnières.

4 .3

Surfaces

ATTENTION
Vitres rayées dues à un nettoyage incorrect Un nettoyage des vitres avec un chiffon sec provoque des rayures. Eliminez soigneusement les salissures et les poussières avec de l’eau. En
cas de salissure importante, utilisez de l’eau chaude avec un nettoyant ménager au pH neutre et un chiffon doux et propre. Ne nettoyez en aucun cas les surfaces à sec.

De l’eau claire suffit au nettoyage et à l’entretien . En cas de salissure importante, utilisez de l’eau chaude avec un détergent neutre non abrasif (nettoyant ménager, pH 7). Nettoyez l’extérieur et l’intérieur du produit et les joints au moins tous les 3 mois. C’est la seule façon de préserver les propriétés de la surface. Maintenez en permanence la zone coulissante derrière les joints latéraux propre et en état de coulisser.
Les zones masquées qui ne sont pas rincées à l’eau par la pluie ou le lavage au jet doivent néanmoins être nettoyées. En bord de mer, en cas d’embruns temporaires, rincez en plus l’ensemble du produit à l’eau pour éviter les dépôts de sel.

FRANÇAIS

Les dépôts de sel à l’extérieur et à l’intérieur accélèrent la corrosion du produit !
Différentes influences environnementales peuvent rendre nécessaires des revêtements protecteurs supplémentaires, (voir Traitement de surface à la page 11). Cela inclut, par exemple, le climat marin, les acides, le sel d’épandage, la pollution de l’air et l’endommagement des vernis.

4 .4

Serrure

Afin que le portillon se ferme toujours de manière aisée et silencieuse, entretenez

la serrure et le cylindre de fermeture 1 à 2 fois par an comme suit :

Graissez l’arrière du bec de cane avec de la vaseline.

Vaporisez un produit d’entretien spécial (disponible dans le commerce

spécialisé) dans le canal de fermeture du cylindre profilé.

Traitement de surface

En cas de couche de protection ou de rénovation supplémentaire, respectez les consignes d’application du fabricant de peinture. Evitez les peintures foncées pour les portes sous contrainte thermique.

5 .1

Remplissage de porte avec revêtement d’apprêt polyester

· Poncez légèrement la surface avec du papier de verre fin (grain 180 min.)

· Nettoyez à l’eau, séchez et dégraissez

· Pour la finition, utilisez des laques acryliques du commerce pour l’extérieur

5 .2

Remplissages de porte avec surfaces décoratives

· Poncez légèrement la surface avec du papier de verre fin (grain 220 min.).

· Nettoyez la surface avec de l’eau. Séchez et dégraissez la surface.

· Traitez ensuite la surface avec des laques acryliques appropriés pour l’extérieur.

AVIS
Le cadre du portillon et l’huisserie sont fabriqués en profilés d’aluminium résistant aux intempéries. C’est pourquoi vous ne pouvez pas peindre le cadre de portillon et l’huisserie de manière identique.

Un poteau en bois d’une section 120 mm × 120 mm est tout indiqué comme raccordement possible dans les classes de résistance CR 2, par exemple au niveau de la baie de porte.
Lors de l’inspection, tenez compte des autres types de mur ou types de montage, par exemple la pose sur une maçonnerie ou le montage en combinaison avec des caissons pour stores. Pour l’inspection, montez le testeur sur des sections de mur originales ou des situations de montage.
Le certificat de montage atteste de la conformité du montage selon les instructions de montage du fabricant.

Montaje

ADVERTENCIA
Riesgo de lesiones por modificaciones constructivas Al modificar o eliminar piezas funcionales se pone en peligro la función de componentes importantes para la seguridad. Esto provoca movimientos de puerta descontrolados. La puerta puede aprisionar personas u objetos. No modifique ni elimine ninguna pieza funcional. No añada ningún componente ajeno. Los componentes adicionales
sobrecargan los muelles.

Para un montaje sencillo y seguro, realice cuidadosamente los pasos de trabajo descritos en la parte de ilustraciones. Las perforaciones para tacos en el marco son seleccionables de manera opcional. En el área de umbral dispone de las siguientes opciones:
Umbral con empotramiento El perfil inferior empotrado desaparece más tarde en el pavimento.
Umbral sin empotramiento Desenrosque el perfil inferior empotrado. Fije el perfil de los umbrales de puerta en la obra.
Durante el montaje, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:
· Establezca una conexión segura al cuerpo. · Compruebe si los materiales de fijación suministrados son adecuados para
las condiciones existentes en la obra. · Fije la puerta peatonal lateral a las partes portantes del edificio únicamente
con autorización del especialista en cálculos de estática. · Existe un riesgo de corrosión debido al drenaje insuficiente de agua en el
área del umbral y los cercos. · Un secado o ventilación inadecuados del edificio representan un riesgo de
corrosión. · Proteja la puerta peatonal lateral en los trabajos de pintura y limpieza. El
mortero, cemento, yeso, pintura, etc., dañan la superficie. · Proteja la puerta peatonal lateral de la corrosión con agentes agresivos y

Mantenimiento y cuidado

4 .1

Bombín

ATENCIÓN
Daño de los cilindros de cierre debido a productos de limpieza inadecuados Utilice productos de limpieza y cuidado específicos disponibles en el comercio especializado para limpiar y engrasar. Nunca use productos de cuidado que contengan aceite o grafito.

4 .2

Bisagras

Las bisagras están exentas de mantenimiento.

ATENCIÓN
Lubricación de las bisagras El cojinete se desgasta al lubricar las bisagras. Nunca lubrique las bisagras.

4 .3

Acabados

ATENCIÓN
Arañazos en los acristalamientos por una limpieza incorrecta Al limpiar el cristal en seco se producen arañazos. Retire las partículas de suciedad y polvo con agua. En caso de suciedad
más intensa, utilice agua caliente con un detergente doméstico de pH neutro y un paño suave y limpio. Nunca limpie las superficies en seco.

Para la limpieza y el cuidado es suficiente con agua limpia . En caso de suciedad más intensa, se puede utilizar agua caliente con un limpiador neutro y no abrasivo (lavavajillas doméstico, pH 7). Limpie, al menos cada 3 meses, el exterior e interior del producto y las juntas. Solo así se conservan las propiedades de la superficie. Mantenga la zona de deslizamiento detrás de las juntas laterales siempre limpia y deslizante.
Las zonas ocultas que no se enjuagan con lluvia o agua se deben limpiar igualmente. Cerca de la costa, en caso de rociado intermitente, enjuague todo el producto adicionalmente con agua para evitar la acumulación de sal.

ESPAÑOL

Los depósitos de sal en el exterior y el interior aceleran la corrosión del producto .
Las diversas influencias medioambientales requieren posibles pinturas de protección adicionales (véase Tratamiento de la superficie en la página 13). Especialmente, en clima oceánico, sal de deshielo, contaminación atmosférica y daños en la pintura.

4 .4

Cerradura

Para que la puerta se cierre con suavidad y de forma silenciosa, realice el

mantenimiento de la cerradura y el cilindro 1 o 2 veces al año de la manera

siguiente:

Engrase la parte trasera del gatillo de la cerradura con vaselina.

Rocíe un producto de conservación especial (de uso comercial) en la ranura

de cerradura del bombín.

Tratamiento de la superficie

Tenga en cuenta las instrucciones de manipulación del fabricante de la pintura con una pintura de protección adicional o para reformas. Evite los colores oscuros en puertas con carga térmica.

5 .1

Relleno de la puerta con imprimación base de poliéster

· Rectificar ligeramente la superficie con papel de lija fino (mín. grano de 180)

· Limpiar con agua, secar, desengrasar

· Seguir tratando con barniz acrílico convencional para uso en exteriores

5 .2

Rellenos de la puerta con acabados decorativos

· Lije suavemente la superficie de la puerta con papel de lija fino (como mínimo de 220).

· Limpie la superficie con agua. Seque y engrase la superficie.

· Posteriormente, trate la superficie con un barniz acrílico apropiado para uso en exteriores.
AVISO Los marcos de la hoja y los cercos se componen de perfiles de aluminio resistentes a la intemperie. Por tanto, no pueden barnizar el marco de la hoja y el cerco por igual.

INDICACIÓN:

Durante el desmontaje siga todas las normas vigentes en materia de seguridad laboral.

La puerta debe desmontarse siguiendo estas instrucciones de montaje en orden inverso.

Deze zijdeur is alleen geconstrueerd en bestemd voor particulier gebruik. Een continue werking is niet toegestaan.

De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die ontstaat door het niet- naleven van deze instructies en de volgende informatie.

Montage

WAARSCHUWING
Gevaar voor letsel door bouwkundige wijzigingen Het wijzigen of verwijderen van functionele onderdelen kan belangrijke veiligheidsonderdelen buiten werking stellen. Dit leidt tot ongecontroleerde sluitbewegingen. De deur kan personen of voorwerpen inklemmen. Wijzig of verwijder geen functionele onderdelen. Breng geen aanvullende onderdelen van andere fabrikanten aan.
Aanvullende onderdelen overbelasten de veren.

Voer voor een eenvoudige en deskundige montage de in de illustraties weergegeven stappen van de werkwijze zorgvuldig uit. Pluggaten in deuromramingen kunnen optioneel worden gekozen. In de drempelzone heeft u de volgende mogelijkheden:
Drempel met invloering Het invloeringsprofiel verdwijnt later in de vloer.
Drempel zonder invloering Schroef het invloeringsprofiel los. Bevestig het drempelprofiel door de klant.
Let bij de montage op het volgende:
· Zorg voor een veilige bevestiging aan de bouwconstructie. · Controleer of de bijgeleverde bevestigingsmaterialen geschikt zijn voor de
bouwkundige omstandigheden. · Bevestig de zijdeur aan dragende bouwelementen alleen met toestemming
van de staticus. · Door onvoldoende waterafvoer in de drempelzone en rond de kozijnen
bestaat corrosiegevaar. · Door onvoldoende drogen of ventileren van het gebouw bestaat
corrosiegevaar. · Bescherm de zijdeur bij schilder- en pleisterwerkzaamheden. Mortel, cement,
gips, verf, etc. beschadigen het oppervlak. · Bescherm de zijdeur tegen corrosie door agressieve en bijtende middelen,
bijv. stoffen die vrijkomen bij salpeterreacties in stenen, mortel, zuren, logen, strooizout, verven of afdichtingsmaterialen.

Onderhoud

4 .1

Profielcilinder

OPGELET
Beschadiging van de sluitcilinder door ongeschikte reinigingsmiddelen Gebruik voor het reinigen en invetten speciale onderhoudsmiddelen uit de vakhandel. Gebruik nooit onderhoudsmiddelen die olie of grafiet bevatten.

4 .2

Deurscharnieren

Deurscharnieren zijn onderhoudsvrij.

OPGELET

Smeren van de deurscharnieren
Het lager slijt als gevolg van het smeren van de deurscharnieren. Smeer de deurscharnieren nooit.

4 .3

Oppervlakken

OPGELET
Krassen in de ruiten door verkeerde reiniging Droog afvegen van de ruiten veroorzaakt krassen. Verwijder vuil en stof grondig met water. Gebruik bij sterkere
verontreinigingen warm water met een pH-neutraal afwasmiddel en een zachte, schone doek. Reinig de oppervlakken in geen geval droog.

Voor het reinigen en onderhouden is schoon water voldoende . Bij iets sterkere verontreiniging gebruikt u warm water met een neutraal, niet-schurend reinigingsmiddel (huishoudspoelmiddel, pH-waarde 7). Reinig de buiten- en binnenkant van het product en de afdichtingen minstens om de 3 maanden. Dit is de enige manier om de oppervlakte-eigenschappen te behouden. Houd het glijgedeelte achter de zijafdichtingen voortdurend schoon en glad.
Verborgen plekken die niet worden afgespoeld door regen of afspuiten met water, moeten alsnog worden gereinigd. Spoel in de buurt van de kust, bij intermitterende nevel, het hele product extra af met water om ophoping van zout te voorkomen.
Zoutafzetting aan de buiten- en binnenkant versnelt de corrosie van het product!

Door de meest uiteenlopende omgevingsomstandigheden kan het nodig zijn om extra beschermende lagen aan te brengen, (zie Afwerking op pagina 17). Dat geldt bijvoorbeeld voor een zeeklimaat, zuren, strooizout, luchtbelasting en lakbeschadiging.

4 .4

Slot

Onderhoud het slot en de sluitcilinder 1 tot 2 keer per jaar op de volgende manier,

zodat de deur altijd eenvoudig en zacht sluit:

Vet de achterkant van de dagschoot in met vaseline.

Sproei een speciaal onderhoudsmiddel (verkrijgbaar bij de vakhandel) in het

sluitkanaal van de profielcilinder.

Afwerking

Neem bij een extra beschermende laag of renovatieverf de verwerkingsinstructies van de verffabrikant in acht. Vermijd donkere kleuren bij deuren met een thermische belasting.

5 .1

Deurvulling met een polyestergrondlaag

· Oppervlak licht opschuren met fijn schuurpapier (min. korrel 180)

· Met water schoonmaken, drogen, ontvetten

· Verder behandelen met in de handel verkrijgbare acryllakken voor buiten

5 .2

Deurvullingen met decoroppervlakken

· Schuur het oppervlak licht op met fijn schuurpapier (min. korrel 220).

· Maak het oppervlak schoon met water. Droog en ontvet het oppervlak.

· Behandel het oppervlak aansluitend met geschikte acryllakken voor buiten.

LET OP
Deurbladomramingen en kozijnen bestaan uit weerbestendige aluminiumprofielen. U kunt de deurbladomraming en het kozijn daarom niet op dezelfde manier lakken.

Demontage en berging

LET OP:

Respecteer bij demontage alle geldende voorschriften betreffende veilig werken.

De deur dient volgens deze montagehandleiding in omgekeerde volgorde te worden gedemonteerd.

Queste istruzioni sono istruzioni per l’uso originali ai sensi del Regolamento UE 305/2011 sui prodotti da costruzione. Legga attentamente e completamente le istruzioni. Le presenti istruzioni contengono importanti informazioni per il montaggio, il funzionamento, la cura e la manutenzione della porta pedonale laterale per garage.
Osservi in particolare tutte le avvertenze e le indicazioni di sicurezza.

Montaggio

AVVERTENZA
Pericolo di lesioni dovute a modifiche di montaggio La modifica o la rimozione di parti funzionali danneggia il funzionamento di importanti componenti di sicurezza, con conseguenti movimenti della serranda incontrollati. Il portone può schiacciare persone od oggetti. Non modificare né togliere alcun componente funzionale. Non installare componenti supplementari di terzi. I componenti aggiuntivi
sovraccaricano le molle.

Per un montaggio semplice e corretto, eseguire accuratamente i passi descritti nella parte illustrata. I fori per i tasselli ad espansione nell’intelaiatura della porta sono opzionali. In prossimità della soglia è possibile scegliere tra:
Soglia con incasso a pavimento Il profilo ad incasso inferiore scompare più tardi nel livello di pavimento.
Soglia senza incasso a pavimento Svitare il profilo con incasso a pavimento. Fissaggio del profilo soglia della porta a cura del cliente.
In fase di montaggio osservare quanto segue:
· Realizzare un collegamento stabile con il corpo di fabbrica dell’edificio. · Assicurarsi che i materiali di fissaggio forniti in dotazione siano idonei alle
condizioni di montaggio. · Fissare la porta pedonale laterale su parti di edificio portanti solo con
l’autorizzazione dello strutturista. · Lo scarico insufficiente dell’acqua nell’area della soglia e dei telai può
causare pericolo di corrosione. · In caso di asciugatura o di aerazione insufficiente dell’edificio c’è il rischio di
corrosione. · Proteggere la porta pedonale laterale durante i lavori di verniciatura e di
intonacatura. La malta, il cemento, il gesso, il colore ecc., danneggiano la superficie. · Proteggere la porta pedonale laterale dalla corrosione causata da agenti aggressivi e corrosivi, come ad es. reazioni nitriche da pietra, malta, acidi, soluzioni, sale antigelo, materiale per verniciatura o materiale isolante.

Manutenzione e cura

4 .1

Cilindri profilati

ATTENZIONE
Danneggiamento del cilindro della serratura a causa di detergenti non idonei Per la pulizia e l’ingrassaggio utilizzare solamente i detergenti speciali in commercio. Non utilizzare mani detergenti contenenti olio o grafite.

4 .2

Cerniere della porta

Le cerniere della porta o le cerniere sono esenti da manutenzione.

ATTENZIONE
Lubrificazione delle cerniere della porta Il cuscinetto si usura a causa della lubrificazione delle cerniere della porta o delle cerniere. Non lubrificare mai le cerniere della porta o le cerniere.

4 .3

Superfici

ATTENZIONE
Una pulizia scorretta può causare graffi sulle rondelle La pulizia a secco delle rondelle causa graffi. Rimuovere accuratamente con acqua lo sporco e le particelle di polvere. In
caso di sporco più intenso, utilizzare acqua calda con un detergente per la casa a pH neutro e un panno morbido pulito. Non pulire mai le superfici a secco.

Per la cura e la pulizia è sufficiente dell`acqua pulita . In caso di sporco più intenso utilizzare acqua calda con un detergente neutro e non abrasivo (detersivo per piatti, pH 7). Pulire almeno ogni 3 mesi il lato esterno ed interno del prodotto e le guarnizioni. Solo così è possibile preservare le caratteristiche della superficie. Mantenere sempre pulita e scivolosa la zona di scorrimento dietro le guarnizioni laterali.
Le aree nascoste che non vengono risciacquate dalla pioggia o dal lavaggio con acqua devono essere pulite. In prossimità della costa, in caso di spruzzi occasionali, sciacquare ulteriormente l’intero prodotto con acqua per evitare depositi di sale.

ITALIANO

I depositi di sale all’esterno e all’interno accelerano la corrosione del prodotto!
Svariati influssi ambientali richiedono event. mani di vernice protettiva aggiuntive, (vedere Finitura a pagina 19). Ciò vale, ad es., per il clima marittimo, gli acidi, il sale antigelo, ,l’esposizione all’aria e il danneggiamento della vernice.

4 .4

Serratura

Per chiudere la porta in modo sempre semplice e silenzioso manutenere la

serratura e i cilindri di chiusura 1-2 volte all’anno nella modalità indicata di

seguito:

Ingrassare il lato posteriore dello scrocco con vaselina.

Spruzzare uno speciale detergente (disponibile in commercio) nel canale di

chiusura del cilindro profilato.

Finitura

Osservare le istruzioni di posa del produttore di vernici in caso di ulteriore mano di vernice protettiva o di vernice di manutenzione. Evitare vernici di colore scuro per i portoni sottoposti a carico termico.

5 .1

Riempimento della porta con mano di fondo a base di

poliestere

· Levigare leggermente la superficie con carta abrasiva fine (grana min. 180)

· pulire con acqua, asciugare, sgrassare

· Trattare successivamente con vernici acriliche per uso esterno normalmente reperibili in commercio

5 .2

Riempimenti della porta con superfici decorative

· Raschiare leggermente la superficie con una carta abrasiva fine (grana min. 220).

· Pulire la superficie con acqua. Asciugare e sgrassare la superficie.

· Poi, trattare la superficie con vernici acriliche idonee per l’utilizzo esterno.

AVVISO
Il manto del portone e il telaio sono composti da profili in alluminio resistenti agli agenti atmosferici. Per questo non è possibile verniciare il manto e il telaio nello stesso modo.

Smontaggio e smaltimento

NOTA:

Durante il lavoro di smontaggio rispettare tutte le norme vigenti relative alla sicurezza sul lavoro.

Effettuare lo smontaggio seguendo le presenti istruzioni per il montaggio in ordine inverso.

Smaltimento dell’imballaggio

Smaltire l’imballaggio in base alla tipologia: ­ Il cartone e gli scatoloni vanno smaltiti come carta di recupero ­ Le pellicole vanno smaltite nel materiale riciclabile

Não é permitido um funcionamento permanente.

A inobservância destas instruções e das informações seguintes isenta o

fabricante de responsabilidade.

Montagem

AVISO
Perigo de lesão devido a alterações estruturais A alteração ou remoção de elementos de função coloca em perigo a função de elementos de segurança importantes. Isto leva a movimentos indesejados da porta. A porta pode entalar pessoas ou objetos. Não altere nem remova elementos de função. Não aplique elementos de construção adicionais de outros fabricantes. Os
elementos de construção adicionais sobrecarregam as molas.

Para uma montagem simples e correta, realize cuidadosamente os passos de trabalho apresentados na parte ilustrada. Os furos das buchas no aro da porta são de seleção opcional. Na área das soleiras dispõe das seguintes possibilidades:
Soleira com inserção no solo O perfil de encastramento no solo desvanece posteriormente na pavimentação.
Soleira sem inserção no solo Desaparafuse o perfil de encastramento no solo. Fixe o perfil da soleira da porta no local.
Tenha em atenção o seguinte aquando da montagem:
· Estabeleça uma ligação segura em relação ao corpo de construção. · Verifique se os materiais de fixação fornecidos são apropriados às
condições de construção. · Fixe a porta lateral a peças sustentadas do edifício e só com a autorização
do especialista em estática. · Existe um risco de corrosão devido ao escoamento insuficiente de água na
área da soleira e dos aros. · Existe um risco de corrosão devido a uma secagem ou ventilação
insuficiente do edifício. · Proteja a porta lateral quando efetuar trabalhos de pintura e de estuque.
Argamassa, cimento, gesso, tinta, etc. danificam a superfície. · Proteja a porta lateral da corrosão por agentes agressivos e corrosivos, por
ex., reações de salitre de tijolos, argamassa, ácidos, lixívias, sal de estrada, material de pintura ou material de vedação.

Manutenção e conservação

4 .1

Canhão perfilado

ATENÇÃO
Danos no canhão de fecho devido a produtos de limpeza inadequados Utilizar produtos de conservação especiais de revendedores especializados para a limpeza e lubrificação. Nunca utilize produtos de conservação que contenham óleo ou grafite.

4 .2

Dobradiças de porta

As dobradiças da porta ou charneiras não necessitam de manutenção.

ATENÇÃO

Lubrificação das dobradiças de porta
O rolamento desgasta-se devido à lubrificação das dobradiças das portas ou das charneiras. Nunca lubrifique as dobradiças das portas ou charneiras.

Superfícies

ATENÇÃO
Riscos nos vidros devido a limpeza incorreta A limpeza a seco dos vidros causa riscos. Remova cuidadosamente a sujidade e as partículas de pó com água. Se
forem verificadas sujidades mais fortes, utilize água quente com um detergente doméstico com pH neutro e um pano limpo e macio. Nunca limpe as superfícies a seco.

Para a limpeza e a manutenção é suficiente água limpa . Se forem verificadas sujidades mais fortes, utilize água quente com um produto de limpeza neutro e não abrasivo (detergente doméstico, valor pH 7). Limpe o exterior e o interior do produto e as vedações pelo menos de 3 em 3 meses. Apenas assim as propriedades de superfície são preservadas. Mantenha a zona de deslizamento por detrás das vedações laterais permanentemente limpa e escorregadia.
As zonas ocultas que não são lavadas pela chuva ou por uma mangueira com água devem ser limpas. Perto do litoral, em caso de respingos ocasionais, lavar adicionalmente todo o produto com água para evitar a acumulação de sal.
Os depósitos de sal no exterior e no interior aceleram a corrosão do produto!
Diferentes influências ambientais podem exigir revestimentos de proteção adicionais, (ver Tratamento da superfície na página 21). Tal aplica-se, por ex., a climas marítimos, ácidos, sal de estrada, poluição do ar e danos na pintura.

4 .4

Fechadura

Para garantir que a porta feche sempre com facilidade e silenciosamente, faça

a conservação da fechadura e do canhão de fecho 1 ou 2 vezes por ano, como

se segue:

Lubrifique o lado posterior do trinco com vaselina.

Pulverize produtos de manutenção especiais (disponíveis em revendedores

especializados) no canal de fechamento do canhão perfilado.

Tratamento da superfície

Tenha em conta as instruções de processamento do fabricante da tinta no caso de uma pintura de proteção adicional ou pintura de restauro. Evite tintas escuras nas portas com carga térmica.

5 .1

Preenchimento da porta com lacagem de base em poliéster

· Lixar levemente a área com uma lixa fina (grão mín. 180)

· Limpar com água, secar, desengordurar

· Continuar a tratar com tintas acrílicas correntes para a aplicação exterior

5 .2

Preenchimentos da porta com superfícies decorativas

· Lixe levemente a superfície com uma lixa (mín. 220 de granulação).

· Limpe a superfície com água. Seque e desengordure a superfície.

· Trate, por fim, a superfície com tintas acrílicas adequadas para a aplicação exterior.

AVISO
O caixilho da folha da porta e o aro são feitos de perfis de alumínio resistentes às intempéries. Por conseguinte, não se pode pintar o caixilho da folha da porta e o aro da mesma forma.

Desmontagem e tratamento

NOTA:

Aquando da desmontagem, cumpra todas as normas vigentes relativas à segurança no trabalho.

A porta deverá ser desmontada em sequência contrária, de acordo com estas instruções de montagem.

Um poste de madeira com uma secção transversal 120 mm × 120 mm é adequado como opção de ligação nas classes de resistência RC 2, por ex., na área da abertura da porta. Durante o ensaio tenha em conta outros tipos de construção de paredes ou tipos de montagem, como, por ex., a instalação em alvenaria de parede dupla ou a montagem em conjunto com caixas para persianas. Para o ensaio instale a amostra para ensaio em secções de parede originais ou em situações de montagem. O certificado de montagem certifica a montagem correta de acordo com o manual de montagem do fabricante.

progowego i ocienic istnieje ryzyko korozji. · W przypadku braku odpowiedniego suszenia lub wentylacji budynku istnieje
ryzyko korozji. · Zabezpieczy drzwi boczne na czas wykonywania prac malarskich
i tynkarskich. Odpryski zaprawy, cementu, gipsu, farby itp. uszkadzaj powierzchni. · Naley zabezpieczy drzwi boczne przez korozj wskutek dzialania rcych i agresywnych rodków, np. zwizków saletry z cegiel, zapraw, kwasów, lugów, soli drogowej, materialów malarskich lub uszczelniajcych.

Smarowanie zawiasów drzwiowych Smarowanie zawiasów drzwiowych powoduje zuywanie si loyska. Nigdy nie naley smarowa zawiasów drzwiowych.

Powierzchnie

UWAGA
Zarysowanie szyb na skutek nieprawidlowego czyszczenia Wycieranie szyb na sucho powoduje zarysowania. Naley dokladnie spluka wod brud i czsteczki kurzu. Silniejsze
zabrudzenia usuwa ciepl wod z dodatkiem detergentu o neutralnym odczynie pH i mikk, czyst ciereczk. Nigdy nie naley czyci powierzchni na sucho.

Do czyszczenia i pielgnacji wystarczy uywa czystej wody . Silniejsze zabrudzenia mona usuwa ciepl wod z dodatkiem neutralnego, nieszorujcego rodka czyszczcego (plyn do mycia naczy, pH 7). Uszczelki oraz produkt naley czyci od zewntrznej i wewntrznej strony co najmniej raz na 3 miesice. Tylko taki sposób postpowania pozwala zachowa wlaciwoci powierzchni. Powierzchni lizgow za uszczelkami bocznymi naley utrzymywa w stalej czystoci i dba o jej lisko.
Zawsze te naley czyci zakryte powierzchnie, które nie s splukiwane przez deszcz lub wod. W strefach przybrzenych, gdzie okresowo powstaj aerozole solne, naley dodatkowo splukiwa caly produkt wod, aby zapobiec gromadzeniu si soli.
Osady soli z zewntrznej i wewntrznej strony produktu przyspieszaj jego korozj!
Wplyw rónych czynników rodowiskowych moe wymaga zastosowania dodatkowych ochronnych powlok malarskich, (patrz Wykoczenie powierzchni na stronie 23). Dotyczy to na przyklad klimatu morskiego, kwasów, soli drogowej, zanieczyszczenia powietrza i uszkodze powloki lakierniczej.

Szerelés

FIGYELMEZTETÉS
Sérülésveszély a helyszíni változtatások esetén Funkciós részek megváltoztatása vagy eltávolítása veszélyezteti a fontos biztonsági egységeket mködképességét. Ez ellenrizetlen kapumozgásokhoz vezet. A kapu személyek és tárgyak beszorulását okozhatja. Ne változtasson meg vagy távolítson el alkatrészeket! Ne építsen be idegen kiegészít elemeket. Kiegészít alkatrészek
túlterhelik a rugót.

Az egyszer és szakszer beépítés érdekében gondosan végezze el az ábrás részben leírt munkalépéseket. Az ajtókeretben lév tiplifuratok opcionálisan választhatók. A küszöbnél az lehetségek állnak rendelkezésre:
Küszöb padlóbeállással A padlóbeállásprofil a késbbiekben eltnik az aljzatbetonban.
Küszöb padlóbeállás nélkül Csavarozza le a padlóbeállásprofilt. Rögzítse az ajtó küszöbprofilt a helyszínnek megfelel módon.
A következket vegye figyelembe a szerelés során:
· Biztonságosan rögzítsen a falazathoz. · Vizsgálja meg, hogy a kapuval együtt szállított rögzítelemek alkalmasak-e
helyi adottságok mellett a rögzítésre. · Csak statikussal történ egyeztetés után szerelje a mellékajtót az épület
tartószerkezetére. · Az elégtelen vízelvezetés miatt a küszöb tartományában és a tokoknál fennáll
a korrózió veszélye. · Az épület nem megfelel szárazsága vagy elégtelen szellztetése miatt
fennáll a korrózió veszélye. · Védje a mellékajtót festési és vakolási munkálatok esetén. A habarcs,
cement, gipsz, festék stb. károsítja a felületet · Óvja a mellékajtót a korróziótól, agresszív és maróhatású anyagoktól, mint pl.
salétromos téglák, vakolatok, savak, lúgok, útszóró só, festékek vagy tömítanyagok.

Karbantartás és ápolás

4 .1

Hengerzárbetét

FIGYELEM
A hengerzárbetét károsodása alkalmatlan tisztítószer miatt Tisztításhoz és kenéshez szakkereskedésekben kapható speciális tisztítószert használjon. Soha ne használjon olajat vagy grafitot tartalmazó ápolószert.

4 .2

Ajtópántok

Az ajtópántok és zsanérok karbantartásmentesek.

Ajtópántok kenése A csapágy kopik az ajtópántok ill. zsanérok kenése miatt. Soha ne kenje az ajtópántokat ill. a zsanérokat.

4 .3

Felületek

FIGYELEM
Karcolások a betéteken hibás tisztítás miatt A betétek száraz áttörlése karcolások okozója lehet. A port és a szennyezdést vízzel távolítsa el alaposan. Makacsabb
szennyezdés esetén meleg vizet és pH-semleges háztartási tisztítószert és egy puha, tiszta kendt használjon. A felületeket semmiképpen sem szárazon tisztítsa.

A tisztításhoz és ápoláshoz elegend tiszta víz . Makacsabb szennyezdések esetén meleg vizet és semleges hatású karcmentes tisztítószert (pl. mosogatószer, pH-érték 7) használjon. Legalább 3 havonta tisztítsa mega termék küls és bels oldalát, valamint a tömítéseket. Csak így maradnak meg tartósan a felületi tulajdonságok. Tartsa állandóan tisztán és csúszósan az oldaltömítések mögötti csúszófelületet.
Azokat a rejtett területeket, amelyeket nem ér el az esvíz vagy nem lehet slaggal lemosni, külön meg kell tisztítani. A tengerpart közelében, ha idnként tengervíz éri terméket, a sólerakódás elkerülése érdekében mossa le az egész terméket édesvízzel.
A küls és bels sólerakódások felgyorsítják a termék korrózióját .

A legkülönbözbb környezeti befolyások miatt esetleg kiegészít védfestésre lehet szükség, lásd az Felületkezelés a 25. oldalon. Ez vonatkozik pl. a tengeri klíma, savak, útszóró só, légterhelés és festéksérülések esetére is.

4 .4

Zár

Hogy az ajtó mindig könnyen és halkan záródjon, évente 1-2 alkalommal

végezzen ápolást a zárszerkezeten és a hengerzárbetéten az alábbiak szerint:

A zárnyelv hátoldalát vazelinnel kenje be.

Porlasszon speciális (kereskedelemben kapható) ápolószert a hengerzárbetét

zárócsatornájába.

Felületkezelés

Kiegészít vedfestés vagy felújító festés esetén vegye figyelembe a festék gyártójának felhasználási utasítását. Hterhelésnek kitett kapuk esetén kerülje a sötét festékek használatát.

5 .1

Ajtóbetét poliészter alapozóbevonattal

· Enyhén csiszolja meg a felületet egy finom csiszolópapírral (min. 180-as szemcseméret)

· Tisztítsa le vízzel, majd szárítsa és zsírtalanítsa

· Kezelje le a felületet kültérre való, kereskedelemben kapható akrilfestékkel

5 .2

Ajtóbetét dekorfelülettel

· Lágyan csiszolja meg a felületet finom csiszolópapírral (min. 220-as szemcseméret).

· Tisztítsa meg a felületet vízzel. Szárítsa meg és zsírtalanítsa a felületet.

· Végül kezelje le a felületet arra alkalmas, kültéri felhasználásra való akrilfestékkel.

Tento návod je pekladem originálního návodu k pouzití ve smyslu naízení EU o stavebních výrobcích 305/2011. Celý návod si pecliv pectte. Návod obsahuje dlezité informace o montázi, provozu, péci a údrzb vedlejsích garázových dveí.

v následující cásti, zbavují výrobce povinnosti rucení.

Montáz

VAROVÁNÍ
Nebezpecí zranní v dsledku konstrukcních zmn Zmna nebo odstranní funkcních cástí mze vyadit z cinnosti dlezité bezpecnostní konstrukcní díly. To vede k nekontrolovaným pohybm vrat. Vrata tak mohou sevít osoby nebo pedmty. Nemte ani neodstraujte zádné funkcní díly. Nemontujte na vrata zádné pídavné konstrukcní díly jiných výrobc.
Dodatecné stavební díly petzují pruziny.

Pro snadnou a odbornou montáz provete pecliv pracovní kroky znázornné v obrazové cásti. Otvory pro hmozdinky v rámu dveí jsou volitelné. V oblasti prahu máte tyto moznosti:
Práh se zápustnou cástí do podlahy Profil zápustné cásti do podlahy zmizí pozdji v potru.
Práh bez zápustné cásti do podlahy Profil zápustné cásti do podlahy odsroubujte. Na stavb piipevnte profil dveního prahu.
Pi montázi dodrzujte pokyny níze:
· Vrata musí být bezpecn napojena na tleso stavby. · Zkontrolujte, zda jsou dodané upevovací materiály vhodné pro dané
stavební podmínky. · Na nosné díly budovy upevujte vedlejsí dvee jen se svolením statika. · Zajistte dostatecné odvádní vody z prostoru prahu a zárubní, v opacném
pípad hrozí nebezpecí koroze. · Zajistte dostatecné vysychání a vtrání budovy, jinak hrozí nebezpecí
koroze. · Ped omítkáskými a malískými pracemi musí být vedlejsí dvee chránny.
Malta, cement, sádra, barva apod. mohou poskodit povrch. · Chrate vedlejsí dvee ped agresivními a leptajícími prostedky, jako
napíklad ped reakcemi s ledkem z cihel nebo malty, kyselinami, louhy, posypovou solí, nátrovými hmotami nebo tsnicími materiály, jinak hrozí nebezpecí koroze.

Údrzba a péce

4 .1

Profilová cylindrická vlozka

POZOR

Poskození válcových vlozek zámk nevhodným cisticím prostedkem
K cistní a mazání pouzívejte speciální prostedky z odborných obchod. Nikdy nepouzívejte prostedky obsahující olej nebo uhlík.

4 .2

Dvení závsy

Dvení závsy a panty jsou bezúdrzbové.

POZOR

Promazání dveních závs
Pi promazávání dveních závs a pant se opotebovává lozisko. Nikdy nepromazávejte dvení závsy a panty.

4 .3

Povrchy

POZOR
Nebezpecí poskrábání tabulí v dsledku nesprávného cistní Drhnutí tabulí na sucho zpsobuje skrábance. Necistoty a prachové cástice dkladn opláchnte vodou. Pi silnjsím
znecistní pouzijte teplou vodu s neutrálním cisticím prostedkem a mkkým, cistým hadíkem. Nikdy necistte povrchy na sucho.

K cistní a péci stací cistá voda . Pi silnjsím znecistní pouzijte teplou vodu s neutrálním, nedrhnoucím cisticím prostedkem (prostedek na mytí nádobí pro domácnost, hodnota pH 7). Nejmén jednou za 3 msíce vycistte vnjsí a vnitní stranu výrobku a tsnní. Pouze tak zstanou zachovány povrchové vlastnosti. Udrzujte kluzný prostor za bocními tsnními stále cistý a kluzný.
Je nutné cistit také skryté oblasti, které nezasahuje dés nebo stíkající voda. V pobezních oblastech, pi obcasn se vyskytující pn celý výrobek navíc dkladn oplachujte vodou za úcelem zamezení vzniku solných usazenin.
Solné usazeniny na vnjsí a vnitní stran urychlují korozi výrobku!
Nejrznjsí povtrnostní vlivy vyzadují pípadné dalsí ochranné nátry (viz Osetení povrchu na str. 27). To platí nap. pro pímoské klima, kyseliny, posypovou sl, znecistné ovzdusí nebo poskozený lak.

Zámek

Aby se dvee zavíraly vzdy lehce a potichu, 1­2× rocn osetete zámek a jeho

vlozku:

Namazte zadní stranu západky zámku vazelínou.

Nastíkejte speciální osetovací prostedek (k dostání ve specializovaném

obchod) do uzavíracího kanálu profilové cylindrické vlozky.

Osetení povrchu

Pi provádní dodatecného nebo renovacního nátru dodrzujte pokyny výrobce laku. U dveí vystavených tepelnému zatízení se vyvarujte tmavých nátr.

5 .1

Výpl dveí se základním polyesterovým nástikem

· Povrchy lehce pebruste jemným brusným papírem (min. zrnitost 180)

· Ocistte vodou, osuste, odmastte.

· Osetete bzným akrylovým lakem pro venkovní pouzití.

5 .2

Výpln dveí s dekorativními povrchy

· Lehce plochu obruste jemným brusným papírem (min. zrnitost 220).

· Ocistte plochu vodou. Plochu osuste a odmastte.

· Následn plochu osetete vhodným akrylovým lakem pro venkovní pouzití.

OZNÁMENÍ
Rám dveního kídla a zárube jsou z hliníkových profil odolných proti povtrnostním vlivm. Rám dveního kídla a zárube tedy pitom nelze petít.

Demontáz a likvidace

UPOZORNNÍ:

Pi demontázi dodrzujte vsechny platné pedpisy bezpecnosti práce.

Vrata demontujte dle tohoto montázního návodu analogicky v opacném poadí.
