Features
All brushes are offered with black and blue core, to distingish them when
doing lead-free and leaded soldering.
Non-metal brushes have a longer lifespan than metal brushes.*

*Only use the non-metal brushes when they are rotating. Incorrect use will damage them.
Changing Brushes for CLMR

Unplug the CLMR from the mains and open the side closures.

Remove the Splashguard and press the brush buttons (1) to remove them (2).

Align the brush axis with the motor axis and insert the brushes. Push them in until a click is heard.
Che ck if the brushes are properly affixed. -
The Splashguard also ws as tin collector.
Clean it and place it back in itosition.

Warranty
JBC’s 2 year warranty covers this equipment against all manufacturing defects,
including the replacement of defective parts and labour.
Warranty does not cover product wear or misuse.
In order for the warranty to be valid, equipment must be returned, postage
paid, to the dealer where it was purchased.
This product should not be thrown in the garbage.
In accordance with the European directive 2012/19/EU, electronic equipment at
the end of its life must be collected and returned to an authorized recycling
facility.
