  • Hold the hopper and rotate the cartridge anticlockwise to release it.

FOR BEST RESULTS

To prevent the filter from drying out, it should not be left unused for long periods. If such an extended period is anticipated (such as a holiday), then it is best to remove the filter and store it in a sealed plastic bag. The filter can then simply be prepared as per the original fitting instructions. Refer to Preparing the water filter cartridge above.

  • Store the filter dispenser in the refrigerator or a cool place. It is important to store the dispenser out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
  • Wash and rinse the hopper, the sliding funnel, and the body regularly. The lid should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
  • Use only cold or room-temperature water for filtering.
  • Only use mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals. Never use abrasive pads on this product.
  • Do not use the filter jug for any other purpose than for filtering water.

SPECIAL USER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. When assembling the lid into the body or taking it out of the body, note the position where the two arrows should align.
  2. Please use the refill jug to fill the water from the tap and top up the dispenser. Pull out the Lid and open the filling cap.
  3. When moving the dispenser in or out of the refrigerator, please empty the water inside the tank to prevent it from slipping out of your hand and causing injury. Hold the stands rim for better grip.
