Approach 1 – With Charging Case
Step 1:
Open the Charging case cap
Step 2:
Select “A12” from Bluetooth list
Approach 2 – Without Charging Case
Power On: Touch the earbuds for 2 seconds with prompt sound
“Power on”
Pairing: Right earphone Blue and Red light flash
Select “A12”
Note: Right earphone is the master earphone
ANC/Transparency Mode
Tap Left earphone once to switch between ANC/Transparency mode
ANC Mode Prompt Sound : Noise cancelling on
Transparency Mode Prompt Sound : Ambient on
Incoming call
Answer call/End call
Tap the Left/ Right earphone once
Reject call
Touch the Left / Right earphone for 2 seconds
Music
Pause/ Play
Tap the Right earphone once
Change Song
Double-tap the Left/Right earphone
Adjust Volume
Touch and hold the Left/Right earphone
Voice Assistant
Tap the Right earphone 3 times
Game Mode/Music Mode
Tap the Left earphone 3 times
Power Off
Without Charging Case
Turn off Bluetooth to disconnect the earphones.
Touch either one earphone for 8 seconds to power off both earphones
Charging
Earphones:
Earphone charging light blinking: Charging
Earphone charging light on: Fully Charged
Note: It takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge the earphones
Charging case:
The charging case battery display will show the charge about the case
Note: It takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge the charging case
Wireless Charging Support
Put the charging case on the wireless charging pad
Note: It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge the charging case
Reset the earphones
While the lids are open and the earphones are in the charging case.
Press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds until the earphones’ LED blue
and red lights flash three times. Wait for 5 seconds.
Take out the earphones from case and click “A12” to reconnect with the phone
Q&A
Q: Why the music cuts in and out sometimes?
A: Please make sure there is no obstacle between the earphones and your
device. Please make sure there is no Microwave oven / Wifi transmitter around
you, which are more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result
in signal interruption.
Note: Please keep your phone and the master earphone (R) as close as possible
to ensure a more stable Bluetooth connection.
Q: What should I do if the earphones stop charging?
A: We recommend you to charge the earphones by using our cable.
If our cable do not work, please try to use another charging cable or power
source to charge the earphones.
Q: How to switch between single-mode and couple-mode?
A: Switch to single-mode: simply put one bud back to the charging case,
another one buds will continue working.
Switch to couple mode: just take one earbud up, it will connect to your phone
automatically. No complicated manual connection process.
Q: Why do the earbuds keep falling out and unable to stay in the ear?
A: Please kindly try to change the ear tips on the earbuds which can largely improve the wearing experiences and sound quality.
Safety Instruction
Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised that you keep volume levels moderate to low at all times for your safety.
Do not use while driving, cycling, operating machinery or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
Do not use earphones in thunderstorm weather, the earphones may not work
properly in the bad weather condition, and may increase the risk of being hit
by lightning.
Earphones may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity
conditions.
Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphones. If the earphones come in contact with liquids, quickly wipe away. If submersed in the water, do not turn the earphones on until it is completely dried.
Tips: Man-made damage and lost are not covered under warranty.
Keep the earphones and the packaging out of reach of children.
